After confirming checkin time right several days in advance, I called to check in the same day, only to get notified that we can't checkin or store our luggage until 5 PM. This is a joke and I have never experienced anything similar in all my years of travelling, no matter hotels or Airbnb. After much discussion, we agreed on 5 PM sharp to meet up at the apartment. We were there 5 PM sharp and guess what, no one from ApartmentInCopenhagen was there. What a fiasco and completely unprofessional! There was zero communication to warn us about the changed checkin time, considering the fact that we had planned our roadtrip according to the agreed checkin time. There was no sincere apology from any of the staff and no one even mentioned a reasonable compensation for the unprofessional behaviour. It is not OK to blame the apartment owners. Proper and timely communication is both what the owner and we as customers pay ApartmentInCopenhagen for, which you completely failed this time. Very disappointing! We travelled with our Moms who both are 60+ years old. Just think that we had to carry all our luggage and wait for you on the street, even after your mistake with the checkin time! Shameful really.

We were warmly greeted. Our chat with the staff member checking us in was delightful. We were upgraded from a standard room to a full city view where we could see the full city center of Copenhagen. The view was really nice. We stayed in the newer tower. The room was comfortable. The bed was low. More pillows would be great. Location is good. There are restaurants nearby. Taxis and Ubers are easy to find. Easy access to public transportation. The elevators worked great. Fresh fruits and water were available near the check in desk in the lobby. I wish that the hotel would have provided guests with a couple bottles of water upon arrival, or in the room. Public transportation is easy to access from the hotel. We purchased the breakfast, but did not have time as we had massages booked for that morning. I hope we weren't charged for the breakfast. I would stay there again. The upgrade was really nice!

This is my goto hotel by the Copenhagen airport if I'm in for a bit. Today am on my way to visit…read morefriends in Denmark. This time came in for a night and hotel was empty, got me a free upgrade. Hotel rooms are clean and modern. Staff are overworked as this is also a convention hotel. So often even for Bonvoy members there is a wait to checkin. They don't issue digital keys to your room even tho the Marriott Bonvoy app says so. Still the staff don't seem worn out. Still friendly and helpful. It's an AC Hotel, but this branch is not necessarily cheap. But come here for the cool Scandì modern architecture and it's easy access to downtown Copenhagen in 5 stops on the M1 metro. Finally is also a genius buffet brunch on the second floor which gets packed over the weekend. There are 2 trains that take you to the Bella Center from the airport about 3.75 kroner. Then it's about 10 minute walk to the hotel. A cab which I took this time is about 120 kroner. Love the AC Hotel in CPH tho'. End of Yelp.

My husband and I booked this Bed & Breakfast because it was cheaper to stay an extra night after…read moreour cruise than to fly home the same day. My husband had booked the smallest room (which was the only room available) but it was okay because we just needed a place to sleep. There was internet, a television in the room, a nice bathroom and a bed big enough for both of us. We got there a little early so the owner let us put our luggage there so that we could explore Copenhagen. When we came back to check in, the owner made the check in process (as well as the check out process because we had to leave at 6 am to go to the airport) very easy. She showed us to the room and explained how everything worked. The owner was able recommend a place for us to just grab a quick bite to eat - the cafe she recommended was very nice. The bed & breakfast is in a nice location - it is kind of in a residential neighborhood. It is also close to the metro that takes you to downtown/city center of Copenhagen. Since we were leaving so early in the morning, the owner left breakfast for us in the refrigerator for us to pull out in the morning. She asked us what we would like for breakfast and there it was in the refrigerator.. I would definitely stay here again if I was every in Copenhagen.

Holy Hamburgers! this is the place to stay. My wife wrote a review already but I write better…read morereviews so I figured I would add my 2 cents to this fantastic place. I can't say enough about the owner. She was so nice and accommodating to our silly schedule. The location of the place is so perfect. If you need to get to the airport, this is the place to book. You probably could walk to the airport from Ocean. You can see the airport from the street, but I never really heard it at all. If you don't want to walk to the airport you can take the Metro. It took longer to walk to the Metro then it took the Metro to get to the airport. Walking to the Metro took 4 minutes maybe. The Metro also takes you straight downtown to where all of the action is. Now for the room. It was cute. Yes the room was small but I didn't really care. The bathroom, I thought, was pretty cool but I think some would not like it. Ocean is also right by the Aquarium. Totally across the street. My wife wouldn't let me go to the aquarium because fish talk smack to her. She is a little nutty. The next time we decide to go to Copenhagen we will definitely stay here. If they are all booked up we will just stay home.
