Susan's Donuts is great! I love all the donuts there but my favorites are the old fashion donuts and sugar donuts as it just had a wonderful texture and taste. Got blueberry cake, raspberry filled, and custard filled donuts. The raspberry donut was good, not overly sweet. The custard filled was okay, and I've had better blueberry donuts from other shops. Was 7.04 for 3 donuts before the fees. If your transaction is under $10, they charge you an extra 0.50 cents for debit, and an extra 0.50 cents + 3.5% surcharge. I ordered 4 Dozen Donuts! I order through DoorDash which showed a picture under dozen donuts that included bars and jelly filled. I received the donuts no one wants. No bars nor jelly filled mostly cake with sprinkles. The group I bought this for picked out a few glazed and old fashioned (total of about 6 in 4 dozen donuts) and the rest no one wanted. I had nearly 3 dozen donuts left over. It cost me over $75 for 4 dozen donuts. I will never make this mistake again. You don't get what is shown. Had a wonderful experience at Susan's Donuts! I got the blueberry cake donut, which was delicious! It was a perfect balance of cake, glaze, and blueberry! Great Donut shop! Last week, I picked up three dozen donuts from Susan's Donuts for a critical team meeting. Their service was quite good and fast. My order was ready on time. The donuts were delicious - fresh and clearly made with good quality ingredients. We got two dozen regular and a one dozen of their special donuts. They were a huge hit! Chocolate Bar - The chocolate was hard and flakey, not gooey and melty. It just crumbled off. A bit disappointing. But a good portion, about 8" in length. Chocolate Glaze - Awesome! Just rolled in this morning to try a new donut shop. Was absolutely horrified when the gentleman working the cash register grabbed my donuts barehanded without the use of gloves, who also then proceeded to take my cash and give me my change. No gloves?????? No hand washing???? We wonder why this COVID-19 is gonna last much longer because of places and people like this. Use your heads people!!!!!! As for the actual donuts, not as fresh as Dunkin' Donuts and other places. However regardless of their unsanitary practices I will not return. Usually i go to daily donuts for my fix. But for convenience sake it cost me. The cashier on this particular morning can be assumed must be "susan" of susans donuts. She might be familiar with doe (and only the flour kind, for sure not the paper kind). My total was 11 and change. In which i gave her a 20 + 5 (needed to break the 20). Anyway i was expecting 13 and change back, but instead i was given 3 dollars..... she claims that the 5 that was in her other hand was hers. Small donut shop located in the plaza on Tasman/Lawrence. This store is next door to Tacobell. I usually come here whenever I arrive to work early. I have yet to try the sandwiches/donuts, but they do look really good whenever I see other customers order it. I always get the bagel with cream cheese ($3.29). They also sell pastries from Costco. My bagel was nicely toasted and it wasn't overfilled with cream cheese either (which is good). This store is CASH ONLY. We've been wanting a donut for a while now, so while I was out running errands I looked up donut shops. This place was nearby, so I gave it a try. An apple fritter was a must for my wife, and I wanted a custard-filled donut. The apple fritter was huge, tasty, and not greasy. They didn't have the Bavarian donut, so I got a chocolate glazed yeast donut. It was big and good. The folks who own/run the place were very nice. And since they didn't have what I wanted, the guy threw in a glazed donut for good measure. I appreciate that kind of customer service. read more

I live near this place, and it's a good go to place if you want something quick. Staff is always friendly. Donuts are really good, but I especially enjoy the sandwiches and the croissants. They might be a little pricier, but definitely worth it. The croissants are so soft. I usually don't like it when the croissant is too cooked and hard / crispy on the outside. They make sure to never do that, and so I even enjoy the of the croissant. It doesn't even taste like crust. The iced coffee is also realllllyyyyy good. I usually get this with a croissant. Its really strong and full of flavor, you'll definitely get a caffeine high from this for a while. The crash isn't very enjoyable afterwards, but it's worth it LOL! I started going to this place early in the morning when i worked graveyard and it was a great way to wake me up. They open early, maybe around 6am and close by 1 or 2. They don't take credit to beware! I think a lot of their food is made in a microwave, which makes me feel like I should have saved the money and gone home and made food there, but you pay for the conviencne. I like their donuts though, and they're usually pretty friendly and quick to have your food ready. They have your standard selection of donuts and they are really good, but what makes them a great place is their sandwiches. So, forget the donuts and get a croissant sandwich. Their croissants are much larger than what you get a most stores and fresh. All the sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients. There's more produce on the sandwich than anything else, so all the flavors of the fresh vegetables bring out the taste of the cresont and deli meats. You get a large pickle and the side, it a great way to start the morning. They are only open until 1pm most days because not that many people know about them, they are a small mom & pop donut place with some good ideas. read more

I pass this place on the way to work each morning and see their sign, making me so tempted to get a donut. The only problem is that I'd have to make extra effort to get into their parking lot, since they are on the corner of Lawrence and Tasman, and I'd have to fight with all the cars trying to get onto the 237 onramp or all the other cars turning onto Tasman. In a way, the car obstacle is a good thing -- protects my waist-size from growing! I did find myself in that plaza for lunch one day, so decided to pop in to check it out. What brings me back to this place is their divine Vietnamese iced coffee. It's made with dark french roast and sweetened condensed milk. stayed at my boyfriend's place last night, and since I pretty much have to have my coffee and food in the morning, he told me the closest place to get coffee was Susan's Donuts. I was pretty excited when I walked in and noticed they had breakfast sandwiches, and not just donuts. (very similar to my favorite bagel shop growing up). I got a cheese & egg on wheat bread, and a medium coffee. service was friendly here, the man and woman were very nice in accommodating my special needs (haha not really, but salt & pepper on my sandwich, and milk instead of cream for my coffee). my sandwich wasn't bad - just a thin slice of cheese and egg on sliced wheat bread. i was kind of disappointed at how small it was. it was REALLY thin, barely there egg and cheese. and i felt like they should charge less for wheat bread, cause it's definitely usually cheaper than a bagel and croissant. but overall, good coffee, friendly service, enough sandwich to fill my tummy. nothing puts me in a better mood at 8AM than a hot cup of coffee and food. read more
