On my fourth and final visit I found a hair sticking out from one of my pieces of nigiri. I ordered a replacement and the next piece of nigiri that came out had something in the flesh that should have never been sent out, so I sent that back too and asked for my check immediately. The service is low-effort even for a revolving sushi place. Also the waiting area being outside only just feels disrespectful and detracts from the atmosphere/experience.
