$89 dollars for these two!! WTF
    Claudia S.

Honestly how can people say this is a 4 star. Made the huge mistake to order from here for my kids. It was $89 dollars for two containers of sushi(picture). The sushi was mediocre and the salmon tasted old. If you really want sushi so bad take the extra drive to Bennington. They have the best sushi there and it's not as expensive. What a rip off.

Tucked away in the side of a strip mall, is a solid sushi place. Our waitress was super sweet and encouraged my husband to go to the drug store down the block to pick up some beers for our meal. She even provided frosty mugs for the beers. BYOB can be awkward but not here. We shared the sushi boat and it was decent quality sushi. The flavors of the rolls were nice. I feel like the miso could have used more depth. Overall, a cute place that cured my sushi hankering.

How does this even have 4 stars!!! If I could put zero stars, I would without a doubt. Salmon was not fresh and the miso soup tasted like water. This disgusts me how poorly done the food was.

Great sushi. Good service. Lousy ambiance. Small tight space. Given the choices for Sushi, I give this a 4.

This place was recommended and it was....okay. It lacked the warmth and ambiance I was seeking. The sushi was on par with grocery sushi.

Not the best sushi in the world, but highly appreciated sushi in the middle of Vermont.

Looking for food in VT at 8:30pm on a Friday night in April shouldn't be difficult. But alas,…read moretonight it was very difficult. Saw this little gem on Yelp and decided to give it a try. It was 9pm and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The staff were courteous and attentive and our waitress was very sweet. We didn't have to wait too long for our food and it was delicious. The sesame chicken was beautifully plated, complete with an edible orchid. The kung pao chicken and pepper steak came as you would expect so my husband and I teased the waitress about why we didn't get special plates with edible flowers. She was cute. The food was delicious and the portions just the right size. My husband asked for his king pao extra spicy and it definitely was not- but it's ok cause then we didn't mind sharing with him. I had the pepper steak and it was tender and flavorful. Everything was really good. If we lived nearby, we'd make it our go-to Panasian spot!

Hot and Sour soup had just the right amount of spicy. The staff were happy and helpful and the restaurant was clean and cozy. Five stars! Summary: Ordinary in a Good Way; I would come back! Good Prices + Really Affordable (coming from…read moresomeone used to NYC prices................) I was skeptical at first because this isn't exactly an Asian-majority town and the menu had both typical Americanised Chinese dishes, sushi + sashimi, Vietnamese, and Thai food(?) and in the end, I was pleasantly surprised! I liked the tea, it was a normal $2.5 unlike how in most places, it'll be at least $5 for just tea-- mind you, plain, run of the mill green tea-- that goes even up to $8 at times.. Get the honey and ginger tea if you like the taste of the sweet broth from tangyuan. It tastes EXACTLY like that and they don't try to strain out the ginger zing. The appetizers, mainly the satay dishes were great! Well cooked with a slight char and the beef + chicken were both really tender! Light yet not excessively so; it's a good starter. Sushi was ... I'd rather not get it again. I went with two friends so I got to try three dishes! The fried rice wasn't bad and the curry was also okay. What I really liked was the classic Pad See Ew! Usually, restaurants tend to make it too salty or too sweet, but here, it was mild, almost like home cooking and because of that, I'd say it was my favorite Pad See Ew I've had! Nothing special, nothing extraordinarily flavorful, just a nice, pleasant meal to have that doesn't leave you feeling uncomfortable or greasy, not at all. I would recommend sticking with the Thai dishes; the employees were all Thai anyways. (Overheard them chatting) Service was good and they leave you alone to enjoy your meal. Extra: Prices were really reasonable. $14.5 for the Pad Thai and it was definitely a portion for sharing (between 2 people though, 3 if you're a small eater)

Food was great, service was amazing. Calm environment. Staff was very kind and helpful.read more
