Always an amazing time at sushi bomb! The service and ambiance is great but what's even better is all the amazing rolls and apps they have. It's very hard to find a good spot for sushi and this is totally it! The price is reasonable.

Lava Roll.

Sushi Bombs really is the bomb! I placed an Uber Eats order and tried the Lava Roll and the Torpedo Roll, and wow! These rolls were on another level! I haven't had sushi this good in a while; every bite was exploding with flavor (pun totally intended)! The balance of texture and taste made each roll feel like a little trip to sushi heaven! Without a doubt, I'll be ordering here again! Next up on my list are the Blazing Fish Roll and the Bagel Roll!

Had nothing to criticize . The food was great! The service was amazing. I really enjoyed the pineapple fried rice. I also appreciated the sushi rolls for those that don't eat sushi. Try the churrasco rolls (i dont remember the name on the menu). The calamari.....so good. The whole table also loved the unique options of beers they had available!

Awesome sushi spot we found when driving a friend to MIA. The service was quick and efficient, food came out timely and the portions were huge. There were a lot of very creative rolls on the menu. We ordered fried rice as well but we didn't get a photo because it was too good to wait. I would definitely come back next time we're in the area.

Appetizers are delicious salmon croquettes and spring rolls!!

Local favorite. This place always hits the spot. They add small pieces of sweet plantain to their fried rice making it very delicious. The sushi is also very good. We get a few different ones and they never disappoint. The staff is young and friendly. The only complaints are the wait time for food. If you're ordering take out prepare to wait an hour in a half. They are understaffed and I hope they fix that soon.

Spring rolls, spider roll, tuna hand roll, and a Sapporo. The food came out quickly, the beer was super cold (the glass wasn't chilled but that's okay), and the server was attentive. The food... well it was edible, but that's about all I can say about it. I won't be back.

Unsweetened iced tea to go!

The food is always fresh and tasty. The service is also excellent. Especially, Daniela. She's quick, attentive, and friendly.

This is one of my go-to places for sushi. The food is always fresh and tasty. Their staff is friendly which also makes the experience much more enjoyable. We went on a Sunday late lunch ad there was no wait time, but if you go on a Friday night or peak hours Saturday, you may need to wait for a table to become available. If you are in the area and are craving sushi rolls, you can't go wrong with Sushi Bombs.

Take out sushi bomb!

Wonderful sushi! I would have given a 5 star rating if most of their sushi roll options did not include asparagus and/or cream cheese.

I usually approach fusion restaurants with a healthy amount of skepticism. Too often, they feel…read morelike culinary speed dating, two cuisines forced together in the hope that chemistry magically appears. More often than not, one side dominates, the other disappears, and everybody loses. At Amazonia, a Japanese-Peruvian restaurant in Miami, that fear evaporates somewhere around the first bite. The opening argument came in the form of Gyoza Huancaína, pan-fried dumplings stuffed with lomo saltado and served with a vivid yellow huancaína sauce. It is the kind of dish that sounds gimmicky when described aloud. Then you eat it. The dumplings delivered deep savory notes from the beef, while the creamy sauce added brightness, spice, and richness. It felt less like a fusion experiment and more like a dish that had always existed. Four dumplings arrived on the plate. Four was not enough. My entrée, the Midori Risotto, continued the conversation between Japan and Peru. A strikingly green risotto made with kale and edamame arrived topped with grilled shrimp, microgreens, and dots of black garlic aioli. The rice was cooked properly, retaining a slight bite, while the edamame added texture and sweetness. The shrimp brought balance to the richness, and the black garlic aioli quietly tied everything together. It was a dish that managed to be both comforting and elegant. To drink, I ordered the Nikkei Lemonade, a blend of yuzu, Peruvian ginger, and huacatay. Bright, citrusy, and refreshing, it reset the palate after each bite and served as a reminder that the fusion extends beyond the food. My wife chose the braised short rib, a dish for diners who may not be ready to take the full leap into the restaurant's more adventurous offerings. Braised for 72 hours and served over mashed potatoes, it collapsed under the gentlest pressure from a fork. The beef was intensely flavorful, and the braising liquid was rich enough to make you consider asking for a spoon. Dessert brought one final East-meets-West moment. The Flan Nikkei paired a silky custard with miso caramel, whipped cream, and fresh strawberry. The miso added just enough savory depth to keep the sweetness from becoming predictable. It was a thoughtful ending to a meal built on thoughtful combinations. Amazonia succeeds because it understands something many fusion restaurants do not. Combining cuisines is not about piling flavors on top of one another. It is about finding where they naturally intersect. Here, Japanese precision and Peruvian boldness meet in the middle, and both emerge better for it. Fusion rarely wins me over, but Amazonia makes a compelling case for keeping an open mind.

Our server Claudia was so nice and helpful with explaining the different dishes. You also are treated to a complimentary mocktail and sweet yam bite to start. Claudia even provided us a tablet to see the pictures of the various dishes offered which helped us decide what to try. We started off with a mocktail that had coconut, passion fruit, hibiscus tea and pineapple. That drink was delicious and I didn't miss the alcohol. For starters we had the salmon crispy rice and that was so filling and delicious. Then we had the scallops in the black truffle sauce which was perfect a seared to perfection. We also ordered the kumogani roll which is crab based and that was very tasty with or without soy sauce. We loved everything we tried and will definitely go back to try other items on the menu. I highly recommend trying them out if you're in the area.

We sat at one of the tables as we intended to do a lot of talking and didn't want to be noisy at the counter. We decided to take the recommendation of the staff and did the omakase express option and a sake sampler pairing with three different kinds. No notes here because everything was great, there were several "MMMM!" moments (wish I remembered what each bite was!) and the first sake we got (pictured) was fantastic. Would definitely buy it to have at home. Big shout out to Allie, who covered our table on her first day, was very cool and definitely helped steer the dinner in the right direction.
