This little place tucked in an uncommon plaza doesn't seem like much but for the value and the quality of food, it's perfect. The employees are very nice and make sure that you have answers to any questions. It's also very very quiet. THIS IS NOT A SIT DOWN RESTAURANT. It's just a literal take out mom & pop spot. You have to order ahead by phone and pay at the restaurant. The rolls and appetizers are tasty and I believe that its a good value for money. Really have no complaints about this place. Make sure to try them out and see if you might have found a new hidden gem!

The food here is spectacular! A good friend of mine recommended this little place to me. It is a takeout spot so no dining in which is fine. The service is good! And the food was even better! We loved everything we ordered! Definitely worth the visit

This is good sushi at a great price. If you're hungry and budget conscious, come here and get one of the combos. I wish said combos were a little more varied and perhaps included one of the signature rolls, but I understand why they don't. In a nutshell, the fish is fresh, I didn't wait long to get my order, and I was charmed by the decor (complete with a couple of paintings and ambient piano) and the efficient staff. Please be aware that this is spot is takeout only, so plan the rest of your day out night accordingly. Here's their menu as of January 2026.

Best sushi in Kendall!!! So far the best sushi we've had in all of Miami!! Being from California.. we have been missing good sushi since we've moved here. We asked around and this place came highly recommended. They only do to go orders.. but that's fine with me. I got the Sushi Corner roll.. which was shrimp tempura, cream cheese, krab salad with eel sauce topped with tempura flakes. Omg it was delicious especially dipped in more eel sauce. My husband got the Tiger roll. He let me have a bite. You can definitely taste the tuna. He loved it. The edamame was a bit plain but still good. And the Thai doughnuts were soft and the cream was the perfect amount of sweetness to complement them. Inside was clean and everyone was really friendly. So happy we found this hidden gem! We will be back.. sooner rather than later.

Does it get any better than this? No. They are so amazing. i can't function until i get this for dinner. They honestly understand and know sushi like no other. The rice to fish ratio is perfect all of the time! I don't know how they do it. Thank you sushi corner!

This place is for takeout only. I've been ordering take out to this place since 2016. My favorite roll to order is the hamachi roll. A simple roll and rather like most places that put scallions in their hamachi roll they put cilantro instead. The cilantro is a total game changer and makes that roll amazing. Their food is affordable unlike most sushi places. I love their party plates. My family of 4 eats well with their party plates and again they're still reasonably priced. Through the years like everyone else, they've had to raise their prices but they still continue to be reasonably priced. Sushi corner is family owned and I love supporting family owned businesses. Don't miss out ordering from here.

Little hidden sushi spot down in west Kendall. I've been living in the area for almost 8 years and never knew this place was so close by! My boyfriend and I noticed it was take-out only upon entering the restaurant and were a bit bummed as we wanted to have a date night out. Either way, we still placed our order for a crunchy roll, a JB roll, and a chicken fried rice. The crunchy roll was jam packed wish tuna, spicy mayo, and topped with little crunchy pieces. The perfect combo of spicy, fresh and a little crunch. I ordered the JB roll without cream cheese (cream cheese in sushi is the bane of my existence) making it a simple salmon & avocado roll. I was pleasantly surprised with how stuffed my roll was with THICK pieces of salmon! The rolls were delicious and very filling and at a great price, mine came out to just under $10. Their spicy mayo actually had a little kick to it, unlike the many spicy mayos I've tried at other sushi restaurants. The fried rice was definitely not the best and I probably wouldn't order it again but I would definitely come back for just some rolls. If you're looking for a casual sushi spot in west Kendall I would definitely recommend checking out sushi corner. Would be perfect for a movie night in, a picnic, or just a quick dinner/lunch.

Had a friend recommend this spot here in Kendall. They were very pleasant and seemed like a family operated business which I love. Parking is located in a shopping plaza so there is always ample space to park. This is a business that I'm sure because of their popularity and good quality shifted their business motto and they don't sit customers. You can only do take out or call and order. But be prepared to wait if you want this quality sushi. Our wait was about an hour and twenty minute after we stepped in to order because their phone lines were not working. In comparison to other restsuraunts like sushi sake and other ones their sushi and sashimi was top notch. Prices are really fair but I'm sure because they dont have the cost associated with serving customers inside. Our order was around 150 dollars for 4 people. When we asked for one extra sauce they were quick to modify the receipt and tack on the 50 cents or whatever. I understand to help small businesses but there should be reciprocity help the customer when you see a big order. Be a little human! But happy otherwise would recommend and frequent again.

This is convenient for the days you want sushi at home but don't want to settle for Publix sushi! The service is great, the party platter for 2 is more than enough and the variety of rolls is great. The restaurant itself is clean on the inside and it's not hard at all to find and parking is very accessible

My family lives behind this shopping plaza where sushi corner is at and they are regular customers for years now. And now whenever I visit I order from them too. Really great service, and the sushi is fairly priced and delicious every single time. Have tried various roles over the years and quality and taste remains great. So glad they opened back up after covid. The owners are wonderful too. Check them out! read more

The waitress was subpar, and her boyfriend kept staring at our table which I found pretty amusing lol. The food at first was pretty decent, but a few hours after my wife and I both became extremely ill and throw up all of the food. Sushi isn't really a foreign meal for us so we found this to be a bit odd. The establishment definitely needs some renovating and at times I smelled raid spray. Besides the negatives, the driver was extremely polite when he walked in and we were given a friendly "goodbye" by all the employees. Don't think I would do this again. read more

What a great place for sushi! The prices are extremely reasonable but the food quality and the service are second to none. My son I went in for a quick bite and ended up having an early dinner. We had the sushi corner roll, crazy roll, JB roll, edamame, miso soup, and chicken teriyaki. We ordered Thai donuts to go. The food came out quickly and everything was fresh and looked delicious! Everything was delicious. Everything. And while it's true that they serve in disposable bowls, plates we didn't find that to be a problem at all. As a matter of fact, I thought it was smart on there part and much easier/cleaner for us. The place is the cleanest quick dine-in places I've ever seen. That really makes a difference in the dining experience. The ambience is casual with some easy listening music in the background. We will definitely be going back to Sushi Corner! read more

Wow, Sushi Corner is that lowkey spot that has DELICIOUS sushi. When you want a quick bite of high quality sushi that won't break the bank, come here. This yummy sushi spot is situated in the same plaza as Palacio de Los Jugos in West Kendall and is a small, cozy restaurant (hence, the name "corner"). It is also important to note that I am highly picky about sushi and have visited several different Japanese restaurants, and Sushi Corner stands out as one of my favorites. The quality is consistent and they provide 10 rolls usually (some places only give 8) and the fusion of flavors and creativity they apply in making the rolls is always amazing! The service is always quick and efficient, and there is never much of a wait for the food either. So, based on the food quality, consistency and price, this is definitely a go-to sushi spot. My favorite rolls: volcano roll, sexy roll, and anything with tuna. Can't go wrong with any of their selections, honestly. read more

Small location but food is great and fresh. Only negative I have is the high use of styrofoam. Very friendly staff/management and they are attentive. Closed on Sunday's, my favorite sushi takeout day, but I believe that's their family day so can't complain :) read more

Thank you Yelp for another great place to eat. I ordered delivery, a rainbow roll and a chicken teriyaki platter. 45 minutes later it was at my door. Food was great. The fish was fresh and delicious. Best part of all, it was only 20 bux! Anyone who eats sushi knows 20 bux will barely get you a "nothing remotely containing sushi" roll at any of these fancy places. Let alone an entire meal for two. Fancy it's not, but probably the best food you can get delivered to you. I'm now stuffed, and my bank account isn't writhing in pain. They will definitely be getting a call from me again. I may even stop in to eat there. read more

This is a new sushi place in Kendall. It's a little hole in the wall but their sushi is fresh. If you don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of $ on sushi this is the place to go. The menu is not extensive but have your sushi essentials. Their take out is fast and usually ready to pick up within 15 minutes. The sushi corner roll is delicious. A good comparable to the Angel Roll from Sushi Sake or the Alex roll from Akashi. $10.95 The tuna Tataki is a must have too. 6.95 read more

My granddaughter tells me, 'Mom, these rolls are great tasting & cheaper than Publix!' The food was fresh and very good tasting. I came across this place recently on a recommendation from a friend. I cant believe I hadn't found this place sooner. This is the sushi restaurant I've been waiting for! I love that it's in West Kendall. I'm a big fan of staying in my area and the fact that I don't have to go to Coral Gables or Moon Thai or whatever elsewhere for fresh sushi makes me give this place four stars already. Add in the fact that the food is fresh, it's family owned, clean, DELIVERY, and the prices are really decent and there isn't competition. I hope Sushi Corner stays open for a good long time. I'll definitely be coming back again soon. read more

True gem in the neighborhood. This is small little place in Kendall. The sushi was really fresh and the owner were very nice. We ordered the 68 pieces for $35.99. We got some dumpling and some crab rolls for the kids. I really enjoyed, and would definitely go back and consider for my next party! read more

I just called to order a 62pcs tray listed on their menu for $33.95, when I asked how much my order will be they said on the phone $42.95, I asked them why since in their menu is listed for less, they said it's an old menu .. $9 raise on I tray out of the Blue?, no thanks, that was my good bye to this place, not good enough for the new prices... Sushi Corner is one of the few places in Miami that I have actually enjoyed eating sushi from. It's not a fancy place to come, but I do like ordering take out from here every so often. The quality is good, and the sushi has always been fresh. They offer a wide variety of specialty rolls, but my go-to's are always eel avocado, and tuna avocado, with wakame salad (seaweed). Their prices are fair, considering all sushi in miami is ridiculously overpriced. You would think that living somewhere by the water with tons of seafood places, would bring the price down, but apparently not. The location is clean and well maintained, and the employees are friendly. They are located in the same shopping complex as Palacio De Los Jugos on miller. So you don't have to worry about street parking, because they have their own lot. They're worth checking out if you've never been. read more

If you don't mind eating off of plastic plates and drinking from a solo cup then this place will not disappoint. It is a small sushi spot tucked away in a small shopping plaza so it's very easy to miss but this place is incredible to me. To begin with, no other place in the area for miles out can compare to the value:quality they provide. Usually my friends and I always order the sushi platters which are their version of boats at other restaurants. They have platters of different sizes to feed everyone and a bit more. My friends and I all have big appetites and the appropriate sized platter is enough to fill us all. Despite having very affordable sushi for its relative quantity the quality of the sushi is great. I really enjoy their spicy tuna rolls, most places overcharge this simple roll but at sushi corner it's just over $5. I've also had their tiger roll and crunchy roll which are both very good and every time that I've been here which is a handful of times, almost every week practically, the quality has been very consistent. If you're looking for a sushi spot and you're ballin' on a budget then this is the place for you. If you're looking for somewhere to carbo load and enjoy delicious sushi, then look no further. This is the best sushi joint in the area. Prior to their covid closing, my wife and I would order from Sushi Corner at least once or twice a week. The sushi was always on point and affordable, with a very friendly staff always willing to help you. They has been closed for more than a year, die to the pandemic, but they have recently reopened their doors for takeout! The best news since covid-19!
