The food looks really unappealing and unappetizing. They barely come out with new fresh food and food that aren't fresh just fills up the conveyor belt. But if you order food it'll be hot. The Udon was okay. It tasted sweet and I was expecting savory. Service felt unnecessarily rude and it felt like the waitress that we were served by had an attitude towards us. The prices aren't clearly marked so I had no idea what each item costed until check out. The place was also pretty dark so if you like that this is for you. overall the vibe is okay. read more

They made me move seats for no reason even though the place was almost empty, and had zero willingness to compromise--just forcing their rules. Came in today, food is just mediocre for as long as I can remember. We just come to this spot because it's right there near target/Mall and we want sushi. The reviews echoed below about service is indeed true. Believe every review who said the servers are rude. They have their days. They wanted us to sit down to the open seating but we wanted a booth. She got upset and said, "you need to wait". Don't talk to customers like that. Just because you don't want to serve people in the booths doesn't mean you need to be rude. Take a vacation if you need one. The server we had instead of that rude lady was amazing. Glad we got her. We probably won't be back to this location. Oh, there was a strawberry with mold on it. A fantastic drop-in spot near a ginormous hotel where I attended a work conference. Walking distance from the Crowne Plaza, just cross the Target lot. The sushi conveyer selections were great and colorful and without a doubt fresh. However, when it came to straight-up slices of raw fish, only salmon could be found so I ordered a couple of things from the menu. The tea was delicious and service alright. It has been a long time, like I've been here pre-pandemic lol. Anyways, we ordered our usual, like in the past. Most of the food were freshly made when we ordered to go (the scorpion rolls were clearly taken from the conveyor belt as it was not as fresh as others). Only a limited amount of dishes were $2.45 and the rest were $2.95. I'd highly recommend Dynamite Roll, Volcano Roll, and creamy scallop. Both of them are baked. I also appreciate the fact that all workers in the restaurant still wore masks and majority had gloves. It made me feel safe. They also had huge benches so you can eat outside, even on a rainy day because it's covered! The servers were very busy during lunch hours but they were still friendly and nice. I visit this sushi bar probably on a monthly basis on my lunch break. It is very clean and I appreciate them bringing fresh wasabi and ginger when I get there! The staff making the food are friendly and offer to make things for you. The other day I had salmon that they heated with flame right in front of me! It was so cool! The only downside - which is the same with most sushi bars - is that there are some items that go around uncovered that I would like to try but I don't grab them because I am worried someone coughed or sneezed on it. Came here on a Friday dinner time. Got seated right away. This sushi hana has a sushi conveyor belt type of thing. You just grab what you like or if you don't see what you like you can also order it from the waitress. The staff was very friendly and nice, chefs were also cool. There was also dessert going around cheesecake, fruits, sesame balls. The plates on the conveyor are color coded green ones are $2.95 and others are less. I give this place 3 stars because the sushi wasn't the good but I understand this not being a high end sushi place, its just like a quick dinner time type of thing. Well we ordered for pick up, and noticed they charge me $25 cents extra. When I asked why is that extra charge for? the cashier told me was for the to go container. Like what? I order pick up food very often and nobody charge me for the to go box. Very limited selection on the belt, only the various takes on California rolls, as well as some desserts and appetizers. You have to order everything else - which is hard to do because service is not great. None of the servers were paying much attention. The sushi itself is just ok, even by conveyer belt sushi standard. We order a few things off the menu. Waited over 30 minutes, watching the sushi chefs make MANY to go orders that came in after us and a few other orders for other seated customers. Solid sushi spot. If you're desperate, this place will scratch the itch you've been having for sushi. I like the concept that all of their rolls are miniature so you can try a wide variety without breaking the bank. The highlights for me was definitely the volcano roll and the creamy scallop. Large menu to choose from and they can do ramen and other noodles besides regular sushi. Cons: Eating Nigiri with warm rice is weird to me. They have a rice machine in the prep area that "poops" out rice balls as they put together things. I've been to a ton of sushi bars and have never seen a device like that. The rice tasted odd too. The best I can describe it is warm mushy rice krispies. Just weird. The salmon was not the buttery quality most places have. Half the train was empty when we were there. Half of what was there were desserts (cheesecake, pumpkin pie) and the other half were mostly rolls, deep fried/tempura. Zero nigiri. Where's the salmon? Tuna? Shrimp? Octopus? I witnessed one order that was put on the train because they couldn't find who it belonged to. I put in a custom order for a specific number of an item and got less than what I asked for. You sit down and grab whatever you're craving. If they don't have your favorites on the belt, you can order from the waitress. It's a nice place for a quick cheap bite.
