I know I have said this before about other restaurants, but I can truly say hands-down. This was the freshest, most tender, and one of the most flavorful grilled octopus that we have had. It came with a mixture of capers, potatoes, and vegetables in an amazing sauce. Truly fantastic. For dinner, my wife had the blackened yellowtail snapper in curry sauce, and I had the shellfish pan roast. Both were one of a kind dishes. We have never had such great flavor and seafood. Not to mention the amount of food that they put out and the presentation is worthy of awards. My wife's blacked snapper was cooked perfectly had a light blackened coating, and the curry sauce was tremendous. My shellfish were super fresh. Again cooked to perfection, tender, and flavorful. The sauce they were in was amazing. For dessert, we tried their homemade Keylime pie, and this too was top-notch and made fresh. We are planning our next trip to this restaurant and if you actually want a true fine, dining seafood experience you have to try this spot. I'm going to say it is priced accordingly for the true quality of food, the amount you are served and the presentation. If you are looking for a fried shrimp basket or fish and chips, this is not the type of restaurant for you. This is upscale seafood, and a true upscale seafood experience. Luff's Fish House opened in 2017 after a tremendous renovation, with the original chimney windowpanes restored. We left the car with the complimentary valet and were seated on the large patio. There was a cool breeze under the oversized umbrellas. We started with margaritas that were delish and the perfect accompaniment to our $1 oysters.
