Lovely little place. Super-attentive staff. Reasonably priced. Good selection of options without being overwhelming. Very good sushi and sashimi! Great option in town!

Stopped here ok Saturday after MegaCon and it was around 730pm. Full house. A few 2-4 tops inside and bar seating. Two 2 tops outside. We placed order online just as we pulled into the parking lot. Paid upon arrival and told them we would wait outside. Didn't take more than 10-15 minutes for our fried rice and udon stir fry. The gentleman brought it right out and filled up my huge water bottle kindly as well. I overheard him chatting with another guest who got take out and it seems like they're a neighborhood favorite for some. I liked the energy. Fried rice texture and moisture level was incredible. Flavor was slightly lacking but also the low sodium levels are probably way better for me than most places. While I did feel like it needed flavor, that may be because I ate it after the Rich and creamy krab Rangoons. I tasted the sauce that came with the rice and it tasted like sauce used to toss bang bang shrimp. Sweet and creamy. Not quite what I'm looking for to add to my rice. Udon was a bit soft for me (maybe good for soup but tender for stir fry. Had more salt/flavor but I wouldn't pick it over the rice. Protein was also lacking on both dishes (mostly te steak in mine). Fair prices though - would go back!

Ordered delivery and thought everything was good! I gotten the garden salad and the clear soup. I haven't seen clear soup with tempera type things in it. I'm just used to the mushroom so that was a nice and good surprise! I also didn't expect the soup to be that big as well! There was a buy one, get one free for the hard rock roll and that was really good! Seems fresh and just the right amount of each ingredients in the roll!

A cute quiet spot. The menu is big and the service is good. We were disappointed with our shu Mai which looked and tasted like it came from Costco. The miso soup was good and we were satisfied with our sushi. They had some Sushi specials the night we were there. Sushi Hut and Grill is a nice break from the chain restaurants and crowds.

Got my order to go, and it was amazing! I picked up the three rolls for $17 special, and it was an absolute steal. The rolls were all fresh, delicious, and I was given a ton of ginger and wasabi! I will definitely be back for more and to try out so many other menu items.

Ambiance: (5/5) Great seating! Price: (4/5) Seems average for the area. Food: (4/5) I enjoyed my chicken hibachi lunch special with veggies. I wish they had more spices or more hot sauce options. Otherwise, the food was good. Service: (5/5) Staff is great and food comes out quick!

For a small strip mall restaurant this unassuming restaurant was delicious. The staff were attentive and the food was quick and flavorful!

Cute little strip mall sushi restaurant. The service was 5 star. Ordered rhe edamame, clear soup and the sushi hut roll. Everything g had great flavor. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the tempura inside the roll. It was overcooked. Everything else though was great. Definitely will be back.

Mango Tango and Crazy Tuna - a nice sweet, spicy combination!

Came in at 7 pm on a Sunday. 10 bar seats, with 6 tables. Place was about 60% filled with a food amount of to-go traffic as well. Menu is pretty extensive, with appetizers, rolls, ramen, yakisoba, etc. I ordered two rolls: - Mango Tango - Inside: Shrimp Tempura, Cucumber, Avocado. Outside: Mango, Eel Sauce $11.95 - Crazy Tuna - (note the menu says "Served w. Fire on Top" -- its a little sake cup turned upsidedown with a bit of alohol lit on fire!) Inside: Spicy Tuna, Cucumber. Outside: Seared Pepper Tuna, Avocado, Masago, Scallion, Japanese Dressing, Hot Sauce $13.95 Mango Yango is a little hit or miss. I think it's dependent on how ripe the Mango is. In this case, still need a little more. The Mango sauce is probably too sweet, overpowering the roll. Crazy Tuna is great, with a good amount of kick to it! Too bad it wasn't literal fire on the roll; fire can add a good smokiness to sushi! All in all, the two rolls are actually amazing together, with the spicy sweet creating a nice balance. In fact, I swapped the tuna and Mango topping on each roll and that created a wonderful blended experience. This place is located in a nondescript strip mall, across from some nice resorts. If you're staying nearby, worth a stop!

I found this spot on yelp and was excited that it was close to where I was staying and that they had sushi. I placed an order online: 1. Hibachi Chicken with Yakisoba Noodles and Steamed Vegetables (carrots, mushroom, brocolli, zucchini, and bell peppers) 2. Shrimp Tempura Roll and a Crunch Roll (2 rolls for $10 - Lunch Special) Upon arrival I walked into the restaurant and saw 2 female employees. Both looked at me and did not say a word. I'm not sure if they were waiting for each other to greet me first but that was quite unprofessional and it was a bit disturbing to me. I waited for about a minute and finally the older one said how can I help you. I proceeded to tell her about my phone order and she walked away. Then the other female employee asked me if I wanted to order. I told her about phone order and she told me she needed to check in the back. I waited for about 5 minutes. No one came to update me. I then asked the older female if I should come back and she said no and stated to ring me up while holding 2 bags. Got home to find a piece of plastic on my yakisoba noodles and something else white on my vegetables. I then start eating and thougt it was weird that my chicken was in a small compartment of the plate and the side of vegetables were in the main portion. I tried the chicken to find that it was very dry and barely had any flavor. Luckily the Yakisoba had flavor. The vegetables had no flavor as well. I had to add some Sriracha sauce for some kick. The sushi on the other hand was good. I would come back to give the food and service another chance, but was not happy with today's service and hibachi chicken plate.

Came for the happy hour platters, and they did not disappoint. Sushi was great, price is unbeatable for happy hour. Staff was above and beyond attentive. Our beverage glasses never emptied. We also came in during heavy rain, and I started wiping myself dry with the napkin, but the staff happily gave us some paper towels. I will definitely come to this place again!

Service is excellent our server surprised us by knowing so much about great japanese dishes and how they should be prepared. The interior threw us off because it is so nicely designed and is in a plaza next door to a 4 guys we thought it was another tourist trap but I was glad to be so wrong about my initial impressions. Wish they had a restaurant just like this back home as they hit the spot and did more that just check the boxes on my scorecard. Would return if I was ever back in town in the future.

Most of the rolls I ordered weren't filled with any fish(all California rolls dressed up as pricy rolls) just had slight fish on top and I had to specifically ask for the "classic sushi menu" as it was not offered. Judging by the line that had already formed 15 minutes before they even unlocked the doors, I wasn't the only one with that idea. The moment you walk in, it feels like you've stumbled into a tiny neighborhood izakaya in Tokyo. Paper lanterns, Japanese signs covering the walls, colorful vintage décor, wooden stools that politely remind you to finish eating instead of lingering for three hours--it all adds to the charm. It's casual, lively, and full of personality. The menu has plenty to explore, but I came for the yakitori. Since everything is ordered à la carte, I built my own assortment of skewers, and every single one was grilled beautifully over charcoal. The meats were juicy, the vegetables had that perfect smoky char, and the chimichurri-style dipping sauce they served alongside was something I found myself dipping absolutely everything into. Yes, ordering several skewers can add up faster than your Lightning Lane budget, but the quality absolutely justifies it. Sometimes simple food, done exceptionally well, is worth every penny. If you're near Disney and craving authentic Japanese comfort food instead of another theme park burger, put Susuru on your list. Just do yourself a favor and arrive early... unless standing in line is your favorite Disney ride. 5/5 - I'll happily be back for another round of skewers.

All cooked to American perfection. Gyoza was good. Nothing to write home about. Ramen: tonkusut black was excellent. Broth was done with time. Tori was good. Also thick broth! The beef ribs were mostly fat and still very tough to chew. The chicken was woody breast, making it dry and very difficult to eat. The rice was even worse. They replaced it three times. The first two batches were hard, and the third batch was actually undercooked. The service was by far the biggest disappointment. Even though ordering is done on an iPad, they still kept forgetting items. We had to remind the staff multiple times before the food finally arrived. Every dish took 10-15 minutes or longer to arrive, yet customers are expected to finish their meal within a 90-minute time limit. This is a Japanese BBQ restaurant where the staff is simply bringing out raw meat for customers to grill at the table. There is really no reason it should take 10-15 minutes to deliver each order. To make it even more frustrating, the restaurant wasn't even busy. During our entire meal, there were only two or three other tables occupied, so it's hard to understand why the service was so slow and disorganized. To make matters worse, an 18% service charge was automatically added to the bill. I don't mind paying a service charge for good service, but charging that much when the service is this slow and disappointing feels completely unjustified. Our bill was over $210 for three people, and that didn't even include any drinks. At that price, there are many better Japanese BBQ options available. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend this place.
