I don't even know where to start.... My family is LOYAL customers we have ordered togo here probably about 50 times. We have only had 1 problem here few months ago... we found plastic in the Buglogi dinner special. We called management and got a refund, but we continued to order here with ZERO problems. Tonight, there was tons of miscommunication in ordering (we order the same thing EVERY time). Anyways, we got our order situated and picked it up. When I walked in there was about 5 people all waiting as this woman was dealing with staff. They charged her for another table and spent about 15 minutes trying to deal with that. Finally I asked for my order and went home. Once I got home we realized that some of our order was missing. We tried calling but they did not answer after about 10 attempted calls. Finally, we went back to the store and told them about our order being missing. We just wanted our food at this point. The worker did not believe that we did not have the missing item and continuously asked for proof. The chef walked out and finally said oh that's the order that I forgot some items. Finally they said they only have enough for 1 item and refused to give us a refund. Seems like they are extremely understaffed and hiring new people who have absolutely no idea what's going on. read more

One has to be impressed when your sushi arrives on a huge boat! The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly. I had the Dragon Ball roll and the Unakyu roll. Both were excellent. I am sad to say that I couldn't finish both rolls. I was so full! Sushi Kabuki is really close to my place and I am disappointed with my self for not trying this place a lot sooner. I have no negative comments about this place. It is not the best thing I ever seen but it's so exquisite in its simplicity. The food was great, fresh, and flavorful. The dessert... A must have! I just stumbled across Sushi Kabuki when looking for a place I could get takeout on my way home from work. I was craving some miso soup and this was by far the best I've ever had. I don't know what they do to make it so delicious, but I had it two days in a row! Always a great place. Super kind staff, great menu options that are priced fairly. We have not dined in but we constantly get their take-out and orders are always prepared perfectly. Easy to order over phone or in-person and it's usually only a 15 minute wait for food. Happy this place is near Bardmoor. read more

Came in for the 1st time today for lunch and had to leave with no food bc lunch was almost over. Ordered and waited 35min, still no meals. We got salads and water right when we ordered. Was told the kitchen was busy but there were lots of open seats. Also watched 3 different tables come in after we ordered and get their salads and meals. The food is AMAZING! Order a lunch box for less than ten dollars and you have lunch for two days at least. The hot sake is two for one everyday as well. I got the lovers boat for two on my first visit and it had an absolutely beautiful and delicious spread. Other than the fabulous food at reasonable prices, the staff really puts the icing on the cake. All of the servers are so kind and make you feel right at home. This place is a staple for us...we are here at least once a week. It is a very unassuming little place in a shopping plaza, but do not let the exterior fool you. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and they will remember you and what you like to drink if you go as often as we do. Just found this place! Been there twice joined by different friends. The sushi is fresh and the portions are generous. The service both times was extremely friendly and fast but not rushed. Will be back again and again. I also like the fact that it is only a Japenese restaurant - no Thai. Im from California and never say Thai/Japanese before moving here. But the service for take out isn't the best and mind you, I'm a regular customer. Im here at least twice and three times a month.
