Soooo good!! As you can see, we ordered quite a few rolls. All of them were sooo good! Food tasted fresh. Drinks were sooo good. We ordered green tea and Pinapple Thai tea. Half of us just ordered the nicer rolls. The other half of us did the lunch special. $11.99 for 2 rolls or $16.99 for 3. Super good deal. Waitress was pretty nice and kept our drinks full. (The soft drinks) The ambience is nice. Very clean restaurant. You can sit against the glass and watch them prepare your sushi. Which I thought was pretty nice. Love the location too. Station park is always a good vibe. Close access off the freeway and lots of shops and stuff to walk around. read more

One of the worst experiences I've had with sushi They gave me a roll that was flimsy and I couldn't even hold the whole thing on a fork!! I tried picking it up with my fingers and still couldn't hold it together!! I couldn't even stand eating a floppy, slimy, slippery mess that they gave me to eat!!! Worst worst worst sushi experience EVER!!! Don't go here you might get what I got and that might have ruined sushi for me for a long while!! I can't get that taste and feel on how it tasted out of my mouth!!! No way go back there beware!!!! In my view the waiter was the only awesome thing there! My wife and i stopped by here to eat randomly and enjoyed it. The ambience is very nice and peaceful inside. The food came out flavorful , hot and fresh. We ordered sushi, dumplings and vegetable tempura. We have been here 3x and service was really slow. One time we watched our server sit on the wall for 7.5 minutes texting before she went and got our waters. Let alone it took almost 10 minutes to be greeted after being sat. Fascinating... I am only used to eating at sushi restaurants in Manhattan NYC and Sushi Monster is a sharp contrast to me, an Americanized version, with giant rolls drenched in sauces, often sweetened and over stuffed with ingredients with many fried ingredients as options. That said, if you think of this as a different cuisine than real Japanese food, I found it enjoyable and the ingredients appear fresh. We had the summer roll and rainbow roll amongst others. 9/9/2025 We decided to dine in & The service was Absolutely terrible we got sat down and proceeded to wait 15-20 minutes before we even got menus. We were done deciding on what we wanted and still waited another 20 minutes just to put in our order. We got our food and it was such a small portion for definitely not the price. The fried rice came out hard and crunchy, teriyaki chicken cold like if it came out of the fridge, the sushi absolutely mushy and not good quality fish. Got ignored for any needs we had. Took their time to get our check to the point we had to get up ourselves ask for it and pay for it upfront when they bring it to you. The level of professionalism is v high with Ling (sorry if I got her name wrong!). We made a reservation at 8:30pm since we just came back from Park City. Last call was at 9:40pm, so we figured we had plenty of time to order and eat. They got our drinks and put in our orders, as usual, we ordered way too much. Again, I can't rmbr everything we ordered (party of 8) but I know what my side of the table got. ordered: shrimp tempura (SO GOOD! It was yummmmy! perfect light batter. was it 3 shrimps + a few other vegetables as well! We got 2 sets of 16 piece Sashimi Dinners (Chef's choice: salmon (YES, FATTY!), tuna, white tuna (Smoky), yellowtail (DROOL), and albacore. We also ordered two rolls: Green Dragon (shrimp tempura, eel sauce, masago, avocado) & Super Duper (dont exactly rmbr what was in it but there was a lot of rice for sure. Pretty decent sushi. No ice if you order water. Asked for a cup of ice and they gave us a small bowl with a few cubes in it. (They must be ice rationing.) Very busy, people like it, the area is fun. Absolutely delicious dinner! We had the Calamari and it was cooked perfectly, nice flavor and tender. My hubby and I came out for dinner and saw this place tucked away in a corner. The service was great, didn't have to wait at all for a table, our food came out in a timely manner. I got the Eel roll with mango, lots of flavor that made me want more! It's been a while since I last dined at Sushi Monster so I was curious to see how the food and pricing has held up over the last few years. After being seated quickly, we were greeted by a super friendly server who took our drink orders. The manager or owner delivered the drinks and she too was really nice. We ordered dinner, mine consisting of the deluxe sushi dinner while my wife ordered the shrimp tempura appetizer and a BMW roll. My platter had ten nicely sized nigiri pieces, each with a large piece of fish of five types. All were fresh and really tasty. My wife's tempura was enough that it was almost a meal in itself. So she shared quite a bit of her food with me, which I had no problem accepting. All in all, I was really pleased with my dinner which for $20 seemed to be a good value for so much nigiri. The tempura and roll at $13 were also reasonable in cost compared to other sushi places. And it seems they gave more solid fish rather than ground up fish as is found in so many other places. I'll be back, hopefully sooner than it was between my last visit and this one. read more

So we walked in and the hostess said as follows "What do you guys want" well, table for two please... Not a great start, but that's ok. Sat down, was greeted within five minutes and given our drinks, perfect. We waited the for fifteen minutes for our waiter to come back to check on us. Clean look inside the restaurant. Their sushi rolls were bigger than I expected. Prices were reasonable. Really enjoyed the Mexican roll, this was one of my top deep fried sushi here. Had a lot of flavor with a kick. Other two rolls I got were okay like your typical sushi we have tried else where. I got the tuna takati and expected there to be more flavor. The cucumber is like picked but it sort of tasted watered down from cucumber and the tuna didn't really have much flavor. But was wasn't too bad but definitely not something I would get again. Everything started off great we were seated in a timely manner and got our orders in quickly . There was hardly anyone in the restaurant yet it did take quite a bit to get our food. Considering there wasn't much people in dining when we were there the service wasn't great. Everyone around us managed to get checked on but us. We never got checked on once and some of the other tables were getting checked on multiple times and with multiple refills. Just a bit disappointed that we got forgotten about. Ok I have been eating sushi for more than 40 years and I have had great sushi but last week my wife and I had lunch at Sushi Monster in Station Park in Farmington that blew us away. Just the simple rolls were amazing asparagus and shrimp, most places you can't find the asparagus this one was full of asparagus and shrimp delicious, spicy tuna wow perfect and the House special was great and very large. All the food was great but the jewel of the meal was the sushi Hotdog roll 5 stars by itself so many layers So many flavours and they go great together, we said we would go back just for that. Now the rest of the food we had eel handrolls so good The staff are great they treat you like family. Can't wait to go back. read more
