Our usual sushi place no longer serves sushi, so we decided to try this after getting their menu in the mail. They have amazing rolls. We got the snakebite, Mexican maki, spider maki, and the King Kong rolls. Snakebite was really good and spicy. King Kong is deep fried, so it takes a little bit longer, but the crust is great. Everything is just as described. The interior is very clean and the people are nice.

Cute sushi spot I have been wanting to try for awhile! It is a big space, I ordered pick up and it was ready in 15 minutes! The staff was really sweet! I got the Mexican roll and the angel hair! Both very good! Portions are big! Nothing crazy, but it is a good spot if you want good take out sushi!

Ambiance - great location & there's a 15 min standing zone right up front for pick up Service - ordered the day before & they met the pickup time + had my order ready Food - highly recommend the sunshine paradise platter if you like salmon, nigiri's were also super fresh! Can't wait to come back

I came here for takeout again last week since my cousin was staying over and loves sushi. This place is literally my go to place for take out whether it is for a party or just splurging on myself. I love the location because it's walking distance from where I live. I you love driving, there's always a spot right outside the restaurant where you can just park and run in to pick up your order. The pickup has always been smooth for me. They always give enough utensils/soy sauce/wasabi for takeout orders. I cannot wait to order from them more often now that the holidays are around the corner!

Service was quick and the food was delicious! Very cute, fun vibes! Highly recommend!

Food was very good and presentation was great. Menu was well done for the size of the restaurant Small and truly intimate space, we made a reservation. Only street parking or in the nearby garages

I ordered the spider maki roll and got it in a good amount of time. Service was incredible! My waitress was so sweet and super nice. It was a very homie environment and the decor was cute for pictures. I took a lot of pictures and enjoyed my food. 10/10 because all of my boxes were checked off!! I definitely would recommend!! I will be coming again.

Cozy and intimate sushi place with friendly servers. The servers were attentive and professional. The sushi rolls were good especially with the portion of rice and filling. The sashimi was decent. We were a little disappointed that some of the pieces were still frozen. I understand to keep the fish fresh it needs to be kept in the freezer but it's not pleasant to bite in a hunk of ice which really takes away from the taste of the sashimi. We would try this place again because we did had a good time and enjoyed the rolls.

Sushi Pink was exceptionally tasty, and the service was amazing! Will definitely come back. The Tuna Tataki is smoked and seared to perfection.

My experience at Sushi Pink was extremely positive. The owners and staff were very polite and patient with our table. The food was brought to us in a timely manner. The presentation was just as amazing as the taste and freshness of the dishes. I'm recommending anyone who wants excellent sushi in West Loop!

Great service to start with. But the star of the show is the sushi. I'm a big sushi fan and have been to many sushi restaurants, and this is one of the best by far. I loved the vibe and the fact that it's a BYOB restaurant it made the experience even better. I can't say enough good things about this place. I can even walk there from my place.

Revisit: Can't emphasize how amazing this is as a great neighborhood sushi spot/restaurant. Reminds me of the classic vibe of old Chicago restaurants my family would go to growing up here. Intimate, friendly, great food, casual. Everything you could ask for. 10/10 again!

As a West Loop resident, I can confidently say that Sushi Pink is a hidden gem. If you're craving fresh sashimi, creative maki rolls, comforting ramen, or delicious poke bowls, this Japanese restaurant is the place to be. The cozy, low-key atmosphere makes it perfect for intimate gatherings or a casual night out. The fish is always fresh, the flavors are spot on, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. I ordered the Great Pyramid, King Kong, Fire Dragon, and Salmon Lover rolls (perfect for two people), and every bite was amazing! If you're searching for the best sushi in Chicago or sushi near Fulton Market, this is the spot to check out. Whether dining in or ordering takeout, Sushi Pink never disappoints!

I ordered the karaage chicken nuggets and chicken and veggie dumplings, while my friend ordered the nuggets and fried chicken bun. Everything came out quickly and hot. The chicken nuggets were meaty and flavorful, and the sauce really elevated the dish. The fried dumplings were packed with vegetables and had a great texture. My friend enjoyed her fried chicken bun the most. She loved how soft the bun was and thought the sauce on the sandwich really brought everything together. We did have a little hiccup at the end of our meal. We waited for the bill for a while before flagging down our server, only to find out that the bill was connected to the QR code in the booth. I actually think that's a really cute and convenient concept, but it would be helpful if guests were told about it when they're seated or when the food is delivered. It's a very casual spot and honestly, it's a great place to bring someone on a new date. My friend and I decided to grab ramen on a rainy day, and despite not having reservations and the restaurant being quite busy, we were surprisingly seated pretty quickly. I ordered the TanTan-San and added Chicken Chashu and I wish I didn't. I did not enjoy the chicken at all, it had a very slimy texture. I also substituted the regular noodles for the gluten free noodle (+$1). Overall, the meal was just okay. The server was attentive at first and after our food was delivered we never saw him. He never came back to check in on us or anything. My ramen overall was pretty good, had a ton of veggies and flavor with a bit of kick which I always enjoy. I personally think there are better ramen spots in chicago, unfortunately, this was not it for me.

The jellied egg was perfect and rounded the soup very well! The red chili threads enhanced the spicy miso broth just enough to slurp all the delicious goodness down! All my previous personal experiences…read morehave always proven to me that restaurants with names that don't represent their culture in distinct ways are generally subpar. For example, I would usually never even think to step into a restaurant named Best China House, Sushi Bistro, or Mom's Korean Restaurant. (Apologies if your shops are named as such. These were meant to be generic examples) Oh, how times have changed. I would have never thought having a bowl of ramen at a Monster Ramen would give me this much pleasure. Part of it will (in fact, most of it) be on me and my general philosophy on fusion cuisine and outdated gemerational gap. There was definitely a time when avoiding agorementioned type of restaurants may have been deemed smart. But I feel the new generation of restaurant owners and chefs have up'd their games in not only at better food making, but also accepting of a bit more irony. Anyone who knows me knows how much I stay away from trying anything "fusion." It's kinda funny to myself how hypocritical it is that I would be totally okay in substituting an ingredient or two when I'm missing some when cooking, but when it comes to paying money to sit and eat that I would judge chefs by thier style of cooking. Yes, a big part of it is based on a large pool of personally gathered data, but I do acknowledge that I need to open myself up a bit more. Case in point. I was recommended MR by a fellow Yelper and I decided to give it a whirl. I happened to have a friend and his son with me, so I was able to do small tastings of 3 different ramen. And boy, was I pleasantly surprised. We collectively had bowls of shio, shoyu and miso specials. Plus, I ended up getting the Summer Special bowl to go for my wife. All of them had their individual charm to them but more importantly, each of them were made to perfection when it came to broth seasoning and noodle texture, which are THE two most important aspect of ramen, in my opionion. Not too salty nor bland soup. Perfectly dense noodles. I just loved all four! It wad when I tasted the yuzu in tgeir shio ramen that my wife would love it. Even though I brought her the spicy Sunmer version home, I still think it'll be worth bringing her and our daughter back when we get a chance to. Our server Dionne (I think) was most pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, too. It helped that I came before the dinner rush, although, I can also see more lively vibe being nice as well. Will be back with the fam definitely!
