To start off, I made a yelp account just to review this place. Okay service, food is good, what is terrible about this place is the fact I waited for almost an hour for my food and my friends had already got their food. I never got my food when my friends finished eating. After I saw my friends finishing eating and my food had not arrived. luckily they allowed me to cancel but kept insisting to keep it and kept telling me my food was ready when their was an obvious line for food lined up and my bowl was no where near. Customers came in 30 minutes after me and still got their food on time. Even though I never asked about the food, the waitress kept saying it was almost ready, i asked only at the end and they kept informing me it was nearly ready. It was never ready. They should be more honest and communicative with customers instead of leading them on and insisting to keep the meal and pay for it. To add I never asked, or bugged them about my order. Had an amazing experience here! The customer service really makes you feel welcome. The ambience is great as you have an option of sitting right in front of where the food is made or more intimate option if you have more in your party. I'd recommend the Mexican Maki. I went out to Sushi Pink with a group of 6 people on a Wednesday evening. GREAT EXPERIENCE. The owners were so nice. We were allowed to take polaroid pictures to add to their poloroid wall. I had the Beef Udon and shared the Tuna Tataki appetizer and the 1871 and Angel Hair Rolls. SO GOOD. Highly recommend trying and then going again and again and again. read more

My girlfriend and I went to Sushi Pink one day for lunch and will definitely be back. Their lunch special is a pick between 2 or 3 Makis Rolls, starting at $12.95. Their rolls are listed on the menu which can be used for lunch and it's a decent amount to choose from. The speciality rolls are not included in the deal which is understandable and all the reason to return. There is plenty on the menu that is not sushi if that's not your thing. The wait staff is very friendly and quick, which we appreciated since we had to return to work after lunch. read more

This place was just okay. We stay in the city a lot for my son's medical treatment and I'm always looking for a place that serves both sushi and ramen and this place does. The sushi was good but not amazing or anything. However the maki that only comes with 5 pieces should be labeled that way. You can't assume that a cheaper roll necessarily has less because the more basic maki is typically cheaper, but you still get the usual 8-10 pieces. As for the ramen I was not a fan. The broth had lemon grass which I do not care for in my ramen. I also don't like corn in ramen and don't understand why some places use it. Luckily I saw it in the pic and ordered it without corn. I also don't understand why most ramen places in the city only give you half an egg. All the places near where I live in the suburbs give you a whole egg and if you order extra egg you get a whole extra egg. Eggs are like $1 a dozen and I'm sure they get it for even less with their suppliers. I didn't give this place a low rating because of that though. You just don't get as much for your money in the city and that's the way it is. The worst part of the ramen was the meat. It has a good flavor but it was very dry and was HALF fat. After picking out all the fat there was barely any meat left. My pic is of all the fat I removed. I would get the sushi but never again for the ramen. read more

This is one of cutest sushi places I've ever been to. This place was pretty dead when we went here so the waitress was very attentive. It was a Thursday evening we were seated right away. They had a few different menus. I really like the menu that you check off what you want. We ordered unagi, pork dumplings and crab ragoon for appitizers. The unagi was really good its bbq'd. The dumplings were perfect and delicious. The crab ragoon lacked flavor and filling. The crab ragoon had more wonton than filling they were not crunchy but they were hard. They gave us complimentary edamame, it was a nice gesture but I didn't care for it because it was cold. They had little to no cooked or deep fried rolls. We ordered the Philadelphia roll, shrimp tempura and the crunchy. They were all average. Their rolls are extremely small only 6 pieces. Most places sushi rolls are 8-10 pieces but theirs are only 6 pieces. I believe they are over priced. They also don't take the tails off the shrimp they put in the rolls which I disliked. Overall, I wasn't impressed. I will not be in a rush to return. I recommend to try at least once. If you like dumplings they have some of the best I've ever had. read more

They served half eaten food. DISGUSTING! We've been loyal to this place for years, tonight I ordered edamame and when I got to the bottom half of it, it was clearly eaten pods. We understand that restaurants are stressed and hurting so we're pretty forgiving but they literally served me some one else's half eaten food, and this can get people sick. This is beyond unsanitary! I took the half eaten container of edemame back to the restaraunt and the girl at the counter tried to BS me that it was from steam from crab Rangoon placed on top in the bag. We support local restaurants but will absolutely be reporting a Food Establishment Complaint with the city so no one gets sick from these idiots. read more
