The service is ok it wasn't that busy but it took a long time and they didn't check up as often as I would have liked. but they were very kind. If you are going because it's close, convenient, and some rolls are "affordable" okay but if you want great sushi I wouldn't recommend sushi sake. Came here for my birthday during lunch. We had a great time. I ordered the ginger salad and the dragon roll. The dragon roll was top tier. The shrimp was fresh and crunchy. The salad was very fresh. I will say - the hibachi lunch special portions can be small so don't be surprised! here I had the USUZUKURI, miso soup and a Kendall roll which I didn't take pics of! Sorry. It was all great, soup delicious and hot as always. The USUZUKURI was fresh and I love to order it with kimchi sauce on the side! this location says that it is supposed to close at 11 PM. I had placed an order. Around nine or so I walked through the door at 9:55 to pick up my order. It took me a few minutes to get home. It was 10:10 when I opened my stapled shut bag I noticed that half of my order was wrong and I was missing a few items. I asked my husband to drive back to the store while I proceeded to call them to let them know what they messed up and to expect I was met with 18 unanswered phone calls by the time my husband got to the store at 10:25 They had closed early which is not OK. Your store hours or your store hours the only way that you can close early is if you put a sign up letting people know you're going to be closing early, which they did not have these employees chose to close the store early. I was their last order of the night and they fucked up my order if they would've been open as their hours suggested, they would've been able to fix my order and I would've had no problem whatsoever, but instead, I now have to enjoy a meal that is incorrect and half is missing. I guess next time I'll sit down at 9:55 and eat my meal REALLY SLOW in the restaurant to ensure that they stay open till 11. I'll be the good Samaritan to help everybody else who may be doing a togo order and gets fucked over like I did. I will probably never order to go from this restaurant again and if I do, I sure as hell will make sure that I'm not gonna trust the fact that the bag is closed to mean that the order is correct. read more

I have ordered from this Sushi Sake 3 different times and have had the same issue all 3 times. I ordered take out and ordered a Chicken Friend Rice. When ordering I made it clear to the person taking my order that the last 2 times I have ordered chicken fried rice there is absolutely no chicken in my fried rice. And the person assured me that that would not happen again. Well, it did. I got home with my order and the "Chicken" Fried Rice had absolutely no chicken at all. When I spoke to the manager he told me there was nothing he could do except for refunding me for the chicken. When I asked if they would refund my entire order they said "no, only the part that was messed up".
