We came here yesterday for the first time & we loved it so much we had to come AGAIN today! I didn't even know this place existed but a friend of ours recommended it to us & we are SO glad they did! Yesterday I got the 3 roll lunch special: *Sweet potato roll *Vegetable roll *Tofu skin & avocado roll *Just the perfect amount of rice to "filling" ratio & all the ingredients were super fresh! My boyfriend got the sautéed lo mein with steamed tofu both days! He LOVED it & hasn't stopped talking about it for the past 24 hours LOL! Today we started with the vegetable dumplings & split a sweet potato avocado roll. The sweet potato roll was crispy & the vegetable gyoza was also amazing. I was feeling a little hungrier today so I got the fat chow fun noodles with steamed tofu! The sauce was delicious & not overwhelming, JUST ENOUGH! Everything was fine (sashimi lunch, hotate and unagi) right before the last bite, which was a la carte uni. The uni was spoiled. As simple as that, the "chef" served us uni that deteriorated beyond being eatable. I had to spit it back on the plate. My wife was not so fortunate, she ate it. Wether it was incompetence or deliberate dumping of edgy product, we do not know. At the end I had stomach ache for two hours, while my wife is still in pain. For those who think that we just do not know how uni tastes, this is not the case. My wife loves uni and eats it even in the state when I can no longer take the taste. We ate uni from hi-end sushi spots, bought Mitsuwa trays, bought Bronx Fulton market trays, bought un-opened uni from China-town and enjoyed all of them. This was spoiled uni. This time I had the $15 lunch special - one regular and one special roll, which were well made and tasty. A young man left with a huge wooden boat of sushi, and I wondered if they'd asked for a deposit on the serving piece. The lunch menu is not as extensive as the dinner, which is a multi-paged description that I just glanced at. There is a liquor license as I noticed saki ads on the table. This place is amazing! The sushi is super fresh & they have a bunch of unique rolls. They have a small non-sushj menu which does include ramen. They offer Sake & Beer and I highly recommend the Sake in a red bottle. They also offer a boat for 2 and a boat for 1. The prices are not as astronomical as I thought they would be for Greenwich, they sit on the higher side but just barely and honestly for the quality it is worth it. read more

LOVE IT HERE! We randomly passed this place and decided to stop for some sushi. The inside is so cute and clean. I loved the aesthetic. The food was AMAZING. I'm not sure my photos do it justice, but I can tell you it's the best I have had in Connecticut. The best part of dining here was the service. Our server Jessica was amazing she was helpful and attentive and gave use great advice when trying to decide between different meals. We enjoyed everything. The eel roll was out of this world tasty!! It's that brown sauce that gives this such a delicious flavor. We shared the dumplings and I thought they were just okay. The food is fresh, the plating thoughtful, the decor is clean and nicely balanced, and the staff is efficient and very friendly. In regards to the food, we had a variety of sushi rolls, and there's not much to say other than they were all quite fresh, light, and vibrant. We also had the Malaysian curry ramen with duck. It was indeed an exquisite bowl of ramen: seasoning on point, duck fatty, and broth rich, that is, Japanese hospitality and hearth all in a bowl. To cap the evening with dessert, we had a matcha cheesecake. While it was rich and creamy, it wasn't too heavy, nor was it too sweet. The matcha didn't overpower the cheesecake either.
