SO much sauce , hardly any sesame seeds the fish was so so.

Not the worst service ever but close. The food wasn't good, full stop,SWIMMING in mayonnaise, some watery teriaki, almost no sesame seeds, took forever to arrive , tasted bad, check never came ai had to go ip and pay, table never cleared and not asked for a second drink Hmmmm. Not my favorite, Ambience was fun, lots of people.

Once you try their edamame once, you'll never want to go anywhere else! They seem to use the perfect seasonings and cook it to perfection every time. The sushi tastes SO fresh and it's absolutely mouthwatering every time. The service was very fast, I was highly impressed. Not to mention everyone there is always so friendly! Sushi Teri is ALWAYS a great choice!

I'm a local to Lompoc and this use to my favorite sushi restaurant a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, the quality of service has gone down (mainly by the owner, but the staff is wonderful) every single time I've gone back to give it another shot. Like today, my husband and I came to Lompoc to visit family and did a massive pick up order to find that the boxes were stacked on top of smaller boxes and the sushi rolls completely fell out. I called the restaurant and spoke with the owner whom then questioned the complaint (which I've never experience) and instead of asking if we'd like a refund on the rolls that where on the bottom of the bag, he asked me if I can send photos of the sushi in the bag to his phone, which I thought was very inappropriate. I do not recommend this sushi restaurant, and I'm super bummed I can not support a local restaurant.

Last nights dinner was WOW! We came in around 6 from another sushi restaurant that didn't even say hello after 10 mins. That is how we ended up at Sushi Teri. We were seated right away and had our drinks within 5 mins and ordered our starters. Everything we ordered was hot fast and delicious. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly and helped choose our rolls since the menu has so many. We did not want spicy and she recommended 2 rolls that we will order again. Ordered peach Sake to try, would order that again! We ordered the Dynamite appetizer (scallop's imitation crab and spicy mayo) It was Excellent! Would have been cool to have a chip to eat this with cuz the chopsticks were not it for me trying to eat this. Miso soup was served right away and it was the best i've tasted with plenty of Tofu Spring rolls were delicious cooked perfectly. They were at the table within 3 mins Chicken Teriyaki came for our boys right away so it was perfect timing while we ate our appetizers. Out comes out 2 rolls One is the white dragon (California roll with albacore avocado and ponzu sauce) it's was amazing. Crunchy roll (Tuna yellowtail salmon and cream cheese deep fried with a sweet sauce. Amazing. Last we ordered mixed fried rice, beef chicken and shrimp. We had a great experience Hope you have one too like we had Enjoy! Fun fact The building that Sushi Teri is in was and old Lompoc bar named Toms. Pretty cool to know that a long time ago people used to drink and dance the night away in here:).

Black Garlic Ramen and Sushi Teri Roll

A tad bit out of the way, but the best places usually are. Black Garlic Ramen with a spicy fried egg and Pork Belly was other worldly. Savory enough that I was five ladles of broth deep before I remembered, oh yeah, there's noodles and pork belly and egg in this too! Spectacular. The Sushi Tori Roll was killer too. Held together and loaded with flavors. Just incredible!

Surprised by the reviews that say they received bad service. This was my first visit but the waitresses were great and attentive. Ordered three rolls. All three were well made and very fresh. For a Wednesday night at a sushi restaurant, I think that speaks volumes. Also ordered the combination fried rice (steak/chicken/shrimp) and it was delicious.

Omega 3 roll was bomb ! 3 layers of different fish

This is my go to place. Food is amazing and staff are even better. Pink Cadillac is my favorite with the teriyaki chicken plate.

I don't know if this was malice or some sort of accident but they took 10 dollars from me. So I called the restaurant to report it and was told a manager would call me back which never happened. I would suggest saving your receipt when you go there and checking your credit card afterwards. Update : the manager reached out to me and compensated me for their mistake. I think it was an honest mistake. Also the food was good so I will be back.

To dine in a hotel lobby is usually to surrender to culinary mediocrity--a landscape of overpriced…read moreclub sandwiches and transient fatigue. What one does not anticipate stumbling upon is a stealthy, spectacular triumph of flavor hiding in plain sight. Let us begin with the revelations from the kitchen, which operates with a muscular generosity completely unbothered by its zip code. Consider the bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers. In lesser hands, these are a greasy, afterthought appetizer. Here, they are elevated to a robust study in textures: the shattering crispness of perfectly rendered pork fat giving way to the bright, vegetal heat of the pepper. It is an unpretentious masterpiece. The ribeye tacos follow suit, arriving with staggering, bountiful portions that mock the typical stinginess of hotel dining. The beef carries a charred, undeniable richness, proving that this kitchen harbors serious, hidden talent. Even the bar delivers a shock to the system: a Winter's Bourbon concoction that possesses a seasonal gravity and warmth you would expect from a velvet-roped speakeasy, not a lobby counter. Yet, to experience this hidden gem, one must navigate the bizarre, static theater of the front-of-house. Hospitality is, fundamentally, a kinetic art. It is a dance of invisible choreography, anticipating needs and clearing plates. The manager on duty, however, seemed entirely unaware of this requirement, remaining locked in a state of profound, almost geological stillness. Anchored to a single table and clutching a siren-branded Starbucks cup as if it were a talisman against actual labor, they never breached a five-foot radius. One longed to see them traverse the room--a brisk walk to inspect a corner booth, a sweeping pivot to direct traffic, or simply the basic physical act of placing one foot in front of the other to confirm they were, in fact, part of the restaurant's ecosystem. This visual dissonance extends to the bartender, who engineered my exceptional bourbon while engaged in the vigorous, open-mouthed mastication of chewing gum. It is a casual defiance of professional decorum that makes the drink's excellence all the more baffling. In the end, this restaurant is a profound paradox. It is a genuine, undeniable find--a place where you will feast remarkably well on ribeye and rendered fat. Just come prepared to marvel at the food, while wondering if the management might eventually remember how to walk.

We drove over from Solvang on state highway 246, which was nice because we got to avoid the rush hour traffic and construction on 101. The round trip is not bad. The service was excellent. Iliana our server was very nice and attentive. We got the chicken and meatball soup and the pan seared salmon. The soup was just ok, not bad, but not super exciting. The salmon was excellent. It is normally served with hollandaise sauce, spinach, and mushroom over mashed potatoes. We subbed the potatoes for more veggies. The veggies were well seasoned, salmon coked well, and sauce was a nice compliment. Their Diet Coke cups were huge. They only have one toilet and someone was in there a super long time when we wanted to leave, so plan wisely if you need to go. We had to hold it all the way home. The lot has adequate parking. The bar is only beer and wine. The restaurant is not super visible coming from the east, so listen to your map app when to turn. We had a good experience and would come back when in the area again. Recommend you give them a try.
