I cannot believe what I just experienced! I just went to sushi here for the first time and I found 3 metal staples in my seaweed salad after chewing on a nice metal piece. I am so upset and now needing to seek medical attention. When I brought it to the waitress and managers attention I was told I would get 5 dollars off... when that has nothing to do with it. This used to be my go to all you can eat sushi restaurant. Since I moved out of the area, I haven't gone as often but was nearby tonight so thought it would be a nice treat. Unfortunately, there were only 2 waiters on the floor, which made things chaotic and impossible to get anything. I was immediately given food I didn't order, which didn't even make sense since my order hadn't been taken yet. After I did end up getting some food, some more wasn't what I ordered, and to top it off I had no plates or utensils for at least 10 to 15 minutes into having my food! I asked both servers to get them and it was only when I asked a 3rd time that I finally got something. When the sushi came, it was the compete wrong order again! I had to wait about 10 minutes to even get a servers attention to tell them. I understand they may be short staffed, but they rushed so much that they really neglected their customers. Needless to say, I will be staying local to where I live now and this will probably be my last time going to Sushi Time. read more

This is by far my favorite sushi place. The staff are always very friendly, professional, and polite. The sushi is always delicious and there are always deals. From opening until 5 PM, takeout sushi is half off. They also have special all-you-can-eat deals. You can also BYOB. They have never once messed up my order. The tofu soup is always delicious, but sometimes can be a bit salty (but I happen to like it like that haha). All of the sushi rolls are fabulous. Their chicken is great too, but beware because on the menu when it says one piece, they will literally bring you one strip of chicken so be sure to mark how many you want. Shocked this place was so cheap on a Saturday only $21.95 for AYCE. I went with my family of 8 early like around 6pm the place was only half full. So come early cause around 8pm there's a huge line. There's a sign in front that it's byob but we didn't bring any so I'm not sure how it works or if they charge u a corking few. We sat at a large table with a lazy Susan which was so smart for a large party. They bring u the paper menus u fill out. Sodas are not included in the price. The sushi was very good my favorite was the filet mignon roll. the kitchen appetizers all came out hot and the tempura wasn't oily like some places, and the special edamame is a must get! All the sushi was cut well. We got plates full of sushi. They even made a separate dish of sushi for one of my family members who can't eat avocado. They only problem was that we would order stuff and they would forget to bring it out. So we had to ask for it again. Couldn't tell you much about the food, since in the 2 hours I was there I only received 2 kani salads and a tiny bowl of soup with only 4 long udon noodles in it before having the check thrown at me, but the service sucked. Went on Friday night and the place was busy. Good sushi and attentive service (refilling drinks, taking orders), however not really all you can eat when they fail to bring you what you ordered. First round, we ordered 11 rolls and we received 7. Second round, we ordered 7 rolls and we received 4. Third round, they took our order (6 rolls) and never brought anything out. Fourth round, we ordered 8 rolls and received 4. Ordered 32 rolls in total and we only received 15. They should rename the all you can eat menu to All We are Willing to Serve You. read more

Two stars because of the BYOB. Funny, I came here with a big group and most of them just ordered rolls and loved it. I wasn't expecting much for AYCE sushi but I was still underwhelmed. The rolls were as a whole fairly inedible and not well made. The rainbow roll was decent. Sushi by the piece was ok but honestly it all kind of tasted the same. And the rice was warm - eeew. Service was awful and disorganized. Several if us had to order twice before getting food. And some things that were ordered came after the ice cream. I didn't try the cooked stuff- looked ok. We got one glass if water, no refills. One plus- they did not rush us, even though the place was getting crowded and they could have used our tables. Had mostly sashimi. Red clams - No flavor, white tuna - No taste, salmon - oily. Got a few rolls & you could barely see the fish inside. For $20 during the week and like $25 on weekends you can eat all you want from sushi to sashimi, appetizers, salads, soups, etc. The service is quick and convenient. Their lunch menu is 50% off for lunch take out. Great! Not really...I was welcomed with "what do you want". Came here on a Saturday night at 6 with 6 people and was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. All you can eat sushi (made fresh to order at the sushi bar, which you can see), byob (we brought in two bottles) and excellent service all for $21?! Can not go wrong! They give you two pieces of paper with everything you can order listed and you just check off what you want and within minutes the food has arrived. This is our go to place for sushi. Obviously the sushi is not the best ive had but its pretty good considering the price. I love the filet mignon roll and you got to try the squid sauce and spicy mustard with your sushi rolls. BYOB is a plus and the service is good for the most part. This place is alright. I feel like it used to be better years ago but for some reason now when I go I don't really leave satisfied. Some of The servers have a bit of an attitude problem. I like that they allow BYOB. There prices are reasonable, but they don't always give you all of the sushi that you write down on the menu which is pretty annoying. I would recommend going to a sushi place that isn't all you can eat and getting a couple of good quality rolls instead. Been coming here for almost 4 years now. The only complaint I have would be is that they sometimes forget some of the things on the menu. If you ask them, they bring it out. The Godzilla roll and Phoenix roll is amazing. You need to write in the Crazy Monkey roll they had removed. Its also BYOB. Liquor store is a few stores down. Get some wine and enjoy it. Its $21. Cant really complain. Everything is fresh. Takes like 10 mins for food to come out. If its busy, it might take 15-20. Not sure what people can really complain about.
