The service is always very warm and attentive with the perfect balance of checking in without being overwhelming. My husband ordered the chirashi lunch and I ordered the Bento C but substituted shumai for the spicy tuna gyoza, we also split a 3 roll combo, and added a piece of ikura for my husband and shitake mushroom roll. The bento c is my absolute favorite. I always order it especially because the kani salad is the best. The thing about Ginza is that it is truly amazing quality and you really get what you pay for, especially at lunch. We have leftovers for tonight as we clearly overdid it but I'm certainly not complaining. Can't wait for our next visit!

Perfect place for someone introverted and wants to still enjoy fresh fish with proportional rice to fish ratio. They give you the sheet with a list of different food items and you put down how many you would like. Definitely worthwhile and a bang for your buck. I've been to this place when it's busy and when it's empty and I will say that the workers are always walking around making sure my drink was refilled and if I needed another menu sheet. I love Watawa and I hope they continue to run their business as they always have. I haven't had a bad experience in the amount of times I've visited and I was a regular at some point.

Then when it was time to pay, she hovered over us and made us feel uncomfortable and forced us to tip. She asked before letting us go why we didn't tip and then proceeded to hover over us once more until we tipped. Unbelievable service.
