Staff consisted of mix of Asians and non-Asians. Before the food came out our waiter brought over a little black plate with 4 white towelettes rolled up like little marshmallows. My youngest thought it was a marshmallow and tried to eat it. We stopped him! Coincidentally, the booth behind us had a large party of adults and one of the adults did the same. Makes for a good laugh but down the road this could be a huge liability. Osaka restaurant should change up the presentation before a customer chokes on the little towelette. We started out with scallion pancakes, egg rolls, wonton soup, and hot & sour soup. Scallion pancakes were hot, crispy, and tasty. Egg rolls were blah. No flavor and all cabbage. No protein mixed in. Wonton soup is as basic as you can get. It was delicious! However, Hot and sour soup was a huge disappointment. It was dark colored water with a slight soy sauce and black pepper flavor.
