I tried Sushinola for the first time and had a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The service was 10/10 from start to finish. Our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We had a great first experience here! Service was quick from the start--drinks and appetizer came out fast and were delicious. Our food was also fresh and flavorful. I had the Forty Roll and my husband had the Volcano Roll--both were generous portions and so good we couldn't even finish everything. Our boys shared a chicken nugget meal, and our 6-year-old (who usually doesn't like nuggets) kept saying how much he loved them and how crispy they were. This place is perfect for those couples who like different types of seafood, my husband is more of a mariscos/ceviche and I like sushi rolls more. Only wish they had more fresh fish options. The rolls are good just rice heavy. We went on a Friday and they had live music. My husband loves the micheladas while I prefer their natural limeade. It was my first time trying this place and as a sinaloense this place hit the spot! I didn't get our waiters name but he was very nice and was very helpful and fast. The ambiance is great! It really reminds me of being in Sinaloa with the loud music and vibe, especially eating some really good mariscos yum! If you don't like a really LOUD environment I would consider visiting during the weekdays before evening times to avoid it. I wanted something light so I ordered the levanta muertos which come with raw and cooked seafood, it's a bit on the pricey side but hey when is seafood cheap ;) I really want to come back to try the sushi and review on my next visit :) read more

As well as the ceviche oriental pretty good flavor and they are not stingy with the amount they give you. Eliana was our server, she was great very attentive and friendly. There was only 3 tables sat and they all had their food already, so I do not know what took so long. The girl helping us did not seem empathetic towards our situation and "didn't know" why our food took soooo long. It's not like I was being rude, just asked a simple question and she had to roll her eyes at me as she went to go "check" our order. Once we had our food it was cold! how to not have returning customers; I don't know if this place is new or not my family just wanted to try something new and heard this place had banda? to start off the building and the decor is nice the led signs are definitely picture worthy. Upon arriving the music is being played throughout the whole entire restaurant and it was definitely not a smart move considering the staff couldn't hear or communicate to us without repeating themselves 3x over. Everything was going fine until we put our orders in we could tell they were busy and we were VERY patient. Soon after taking our orders the waitress started to bring items out. We asked for plates 3 separate times from multiple staff members and still did not receive them until after asking so many times. we moved past it the food was not very fresh or good. Everything did not taste of good quality and was EXTREMELY fishy like and even for any type of mariscos is a signaling fact that it was not fresh or kept at the right temp. Two out of the 5 of us did not receive their food items and that's when it started to get messy. We were brought out every single item that we ordered AGAIN except what we were missing the first time around including the drinks.. they eventually let us keep the drinks bc they were already made and why let it go to waste right? But considering everyone ordered multiple drinks no one was really up for the free ones. Moving on we still never received the two items we were missing we waited over 1 hour just for those two items and decided to not waste anymore time and just wanted to get out. the way the restaurant handled this was embarrassing to say the least. It could've went such a better way and we would've given this place another shot but instead they didn't handle it with integrity and didn't even send a manager to apologize himself or at least give some sort of discount considering all together we spent near 300$ for food we didn't like and service that was terrible. We would've been returning but sadly this experience alone was enough to keep us away. From start to finish, this dining experience was tragic. The food was okay, the tortillas were hand made but you could clearly tell they had been sitting out the whole day, the edges were hard. The service was garbage, the waitress ignored my calls, she ignored the fact we had asked for refills, and didn't bother to ask if we needed anything. It would be understandable if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn't. The ambiance wasn't fun, there was no music playing, all we could hear was the bartender gossiping with a customer. Lastly, we got overcharged, the guy who was acting as cashier needs a reality check and a lesson or two on customer service. You can't charge for food that was never brought to the table, rather than arguing about how the waitress had "entered it correctly," he could have simply removed the item. The bill isn't correct if we didn't get the taco, common sense. Overall, the dining experience was trash. Save your money and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other restaurants WAY better than this one. Management should definitely look into who they have on the floor. read more
