I was able to buy a "bouquet" of about 10 latex balloons and, plus a large unicorn balloon, and a large number nine balloon, with the total coming out to about $50 (helium is expensive!!). The lady who helped me at the counter, was super patient and helpful, even advising me to upgrade to the longer lasting helium since I wouldn't need the balloons till the next day. The balloons did, as she promised, last for a good couple days, and helped make the party feel festive. Great customer service and I'll be back for other party needs!

(On a side note, the day I was there, she was talking a lot of mess about her employee to another costumer in front of all the other costumers. She said some very private personal stuff about his mother's death and how he was good for nothing and he didn't help her at all. I want to run into him to tell him to quit that place!) I called on Monday and told her that wasn't given a time to drop them off so I assumed it would be the same as Friday. I worked until 8:30 pm so I would drop them off Tuesday. Tuesday morning I had a whole bunch of missed calls and a voicemail saying she was going to make a police report and report them as stolen. I called her back and told her I would drop them off on my way to work. She said "come now because I'm asthmatic and won't take them back if it starts to rain" when I dropped them I was setting them on the side walk. She said to bring them in the store because loading and unloading was not part of the service. She started to tell me that I am lucky she is not changing me for the extra days and was going to make sure they don't rent to me again. She said no rental business takes the chairs back past 5 and they always put a note on the rental agreement to bring them back before 3. I showed her the paper and there was no note nor was it ever communicated to me. At the end of the night she was taking pictures of me and my car. Then she called the next day to say chairs were missing, I told her I dropped them all off, she hung up and that was that.

Only problem was, the playground was closed for renovations. Nicole and her team didn't let us know that the playground was closed although they arrived on-site 2 hours earlier. When I arrived, I had to scramble with the team to move the setup to the park next-door. Everything was OK at the end and even some of our guests offered help. One of the main reason we book with Nicole is that when things go wrong, I'd like her to step up and resolve them. But instead, she CHARGED US $300 for moving to the next playground. Wow, we were expecting apology, not a $300 bill. Even if you are a repeating and happy client of Nicole (like us), I advise you to start looking for more professional services with other organizers. We appreciate the many events she helped us until she dropped the ball completely and insulted us by charging us extra afterwards. -- Nicole responded by saying that they couldn't have foresaw that the playground was closed. This is false as her team showed me that they sent Nicole messages and videos of playground being closed before they setup anything. They could have communicated this with us earlier and moved to This is beyond surprising on how Nicole handles unexpected cases. Instead of trying to prove she is right, it would have been easier to say "shit happens" and make it right... Very surprising and weak response.
