Special thanks to Dave for making that amazing ham & bean soup, and for packing up extra blue cheese dressing for me to take home.

Was our absolute favorite & husband reported the steak was bland without it. On a positive, love they acquired a pastry chef. My to-go Coconut Cake was divine. The Ice Cream Affogato is brilliant in its simplicity! The Sautéed Mushrooms incredible! How much can you do w/ a mushroom ?? Ask the chef! Also, think they have the best Mac n Cheese (tho I do miss the fresh herb component). Still a favorite, but hoping some of the former glory is restored on my next visit!

Even the complementary bread and butter is high quality--a bit torturous, in fact, since you don't want to spoil your appetite for the what's coming. Go big and get the Delmonico ribeye. Perfection. The oysters with the perfectly vinegary migonette sauce is a great starter, as is the butcher's bacon. Also, pro tip, you can get the salads in half sizes and you wouldn't go wrong with any of them. The caesar is my favorite, but recently had an outstanding wedge as well, with plenty of bleu cheese.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations. We started with the mozzarella sticks -- hands down the best we've ever had! My husband loved the cowboy steak, and by Nick's suggestion I ordered the fish and chips but swapped the fries for steamed broccoli. I told Nick I'm not a fan of fish that's heavily battered and soaked in oil like a sponge. He reassured me I'd love theirs because it's large pieces of fish with a light batter -- and he was absolutely right. I also asked for the hottest sauce they had, and instead of just bringing something standard, Nick went to the kitchen and had a fresh jalapeño-based sauce made. It was incredible. In fact I took the rest home as it was made specially for me! Nick clearly takes pride in what he does and in the restaurant, which is something you don't see often anymore. That level of dedication made the whole experience even better. We'll definitely be back. Nick: thank you soooo much! See you soon!

We had a large party and we were seated right away. Our server was lovely!! Super attentive and friendly. Always checking on drinks, etc. They were able to separate bills with the Toast machine which is beyond helpful! No apps were ordered. We didn't get any drinks from the bar other. They do being those amazing rolls that are pillows of happiness with then incredible whipped butter. So good! We did order (only including 2 from my party within the bigger group) two ribeyes that came with two sides. We both got salads and steamed broccoli. Salads were good and nice portion. Broccoli was steamed perfectly with nice snap and not soggy at all. The steaks were meh... very very thin! Not a typical ribeye. One was very fatty. However, we also only paid roughly $30 so it was on par with the cost. Can't expect a high end piece of meat for that price. Portions overall were good. Nobody could fit dessert, but it looked amazing as we watched people ordering them around us. This place is worth a stop! Convenient and amazing service!!!

Decided to have a little "celebration" for a successful year end at our business. The good - attentive service. Called ahead and they held a table for 15 min until we arrived. Friday and it was packed. Cocktails good. Food, I've got some concerns. Appetizers - ordered cheesesteak eggrolls and octopus. Eggrolls were excellent. Octopus thought, I'm used to the presentation at Bacco's so I could do without it being cut into tiny pieces and buried in sauce. Salad - shared the kale salad. Great flavor but the ( wife's pet peeve when I serve it ), the kale was in very large chunks, could use a bit more chopping. Main Course - wife had stroganoff and I had the NY strip. I don't know what it is about Harford County but it's the last time I'll try to get a proper NY strip here. I should have known when it was only $52 on the menu. Steak & Main advertises "best steaks around" and serves the same 1/2" thin cut slice that looks like it came from Ponderosa but they charge $65 which is a ripoff. I like my steak rare and with a steak this thin, it's impossible but at least they were close. Again, stuff all over the top of the meat, a bit too much. Stroganoff - solid!! Dessert- Bananas Foster / solid!! My only gripe is the steak. We will be back for sure but I'm done trying to get one out and will just continue getting a nice cut from a butcher and treating myself at home.

As we walked through the restaurant to our table, I couldn't keep my eyes off the artwork displayed (they have an affection for peacocks). Our server Tiarra had the brightest smile and warmest spirit all evening. Our bread and drinks didn't take long to come out, and our entrees came not too long afterward. The Pinot Noir was smooth. My ribeye was juicy, jam-packed with flavor, and cutting it was like cutting butter. The fried green tomatoes were a great choice as well. My mom truly enjoyed her evening, and we'll certainly be making our way back.

My mistake; expecting hot food these days is a distant memory. I mean they tried but had no idea, I guess. Plates were not warmed; an order of bbq ribs was also barely warm. I know steak is supposed to be served hot on hot plates but whatever. The sides were delicious; mashed potato, grilled asparagus, mac n cheese. The oysters in the app mix plate were average at best, but overall it was an exciting appetizer for a party we were having. The mashed potatoes were more exciting in appearance than the decor, which was bland as vanilla pudding. If this is vying to be a premier steak house like Del Frisco or Ruth's Chris, a long way to go. Didn 't feel very posh except for the bill at the end.
