I have NEVER EVER been able to book a ticket for below $2,000 to the seriously remote town in NE India where I am from. The ticket they got me: $1,580 tax and fees incl. Eva Air-Kingfisher all the way home! 2. They were recommended highly by a friend whose family uses them ALL the time for ALL their travel. To me, nothing can beat that. 3. Customer service: impeccable. Super responsive both via phone and email. Major Gill was just on the ball - he was patient and accomodating as we went back and forth changing my ticket because I could not remember the name on my Indian passport. 4.
