I Wanted old caulk removed from expansion joints and refilled with expandable caulking (preferably self leveling). What they put in was mortar. Consequently, it cracked within 4 days. They came back out to fill cracks and "corrected" by smeared some caulking along the cracks. The end result is a very unprofessional and unsightly. Hardly a $500 job. Would steer away from this company.
