I also want to shout out the front desk staff. They have been super nice and helpful. Original: Office staff were very friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Robert Feldman. Although I felt he did a good job with the exam, the entire second half of my appointment felt extremely rushed. I specifically came here because I have had issues with my glasses prescription. When I asked if we could discuss my glasses, after he said we were done, he seemed very annoyed. He did take a look however, but his annoyance continued and he made me feel very rushed and unwelcome to ask questions. This is extremely upsetting considering I looked at many reviews and had this place recommended based on a community Facebook page. First time going there today for an eye contact appt/ prescription …read more I asked dr. Friedman if they had samples and he said even if they did they don't have time for a fitting today..? Anywhere else I've ever gone they take the extra 10 minutes to see if they have samples in stock and if they do then they just do the fitment of the contact lens the same day. I asked one of the ladies at the front desk and they said he would have checked if they had in stock.. but I told them I don't think he wanted to even check... it turns out they did have the samples in stock so they let me take the samples but he needed to look at my eyes again with the contacts before he could give the prescription.. so they said they would ask if he could take a few minutes to do the "fitting" and he said no now I need to go back tomorrow for a 15 minute check so he can look at my eyes.. (when I was there anyway but didn't want to see if they had my prescription in stock) when he originally told me he'd call me back for the fitment when the trials came in in 7 days... he didn't even want to try.. and wants you to come back for 3 appts total before the prescription is issued. Stay away, lesson learned for us.

I went to this location in November 2024 for an eye exam due to headaches from looking at screens. Everything went fine with the exam, and when I ordered my glasses, I was told by Anthony that he needed to contact my insurance company and would get back to me. He never did. On Monday, I had to call him--not the other way around--only for him to tell me insurance wouldn't cover the cost. I told him that was fine and to order the glasses anyway. He agreed. Two days later, I called again to check the status, and he said it would take about six weeks to arrive. Fast forward FOUR MONTHS, and I have not received a single update. On March 5, 2025, I called yet again, and this time, Anthony acted like he had no idea what was going on, repeating that insurance wouldn't pay for the glasses--completely ignoring the fact that I had already authorized the order back in November. Not only did he fail to place my order, but he was also rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. When I went in person, he refused to provide his last name, refused to write his name down, and had a terrible attitude the entire time. He even slammed my card down and acted like I was the problem, despite his complete incompetence. There was no manager on-site, no apology, and absolutely no accountability for wasting four months of my time. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this location at all costs--especially Anthony. His lack of customer service, professionalism, and basic decency is beyond unacceptable. Zero stars if I could.
