When I voiced my concern, they asked, "What's wrong with cake? I don't see a line?" I really don't appreciate being talked to like I'm stupid, in a very condensing way like I should be grateful I have a cake made and why am I complaining? I told them I know you see this line/gap. Then they said, " Oh that's how it prints in two sheet and we put it together." I told them this cake should be remade and not sold. They said it was too late to remake it, what do you want me to do? Always getting emails to give big tip (I am on retirement income and cannot give 15% tip-I give what I can afford). Check Meijer weekly ad online prices with Jewel and Pete's Market and Amazon - Meijer just as high priced or higher. Quality dropping. I assume this is some kind of loss prevention thing but if you're that paranoid about someone stealing at the checkout then get rid of the kiosks and hire more checkers. And dont leave the self checkout as the only option at night. The only reason I ever went here was if I needed something later at night.
