Before I went in I wasn't even able to bend down or do much moving at all without hurting my lower back. Immediately after the massage I tested and attempted to stretch my hamstrings - I could! I can feel my muscles are still a little tight in the lower back but I know I can at least work on them now with stretching and yoga.
