We were given a comprehensive tour of the facility, which is equipped with cold scented face towels, makeup wipes, hair ties, and anything else you may need to freshen up before or after your session! It was also very clean! Each room has a booklet describing all of the light therapy options and a TV to watch Netflix on which was so nice! They also provide towels to cover up in. It got up to 145 degrees in the sauna -- we had such a good sweat! Can't wait to come back!

There are multiple pools and saunas, each with different temperatures and benefits to explore. Whether you want to detox, relax, or simply enjoy the water, there's plenty to choose from. You can also book add-on services like massages or scrubs for a more personalized experience. There are plenty of areas to relax, both indoors and outdoors, and while children are allowed, we thankfully didn't have many around us during our visit, so it still felt peaceful and serene. The locker room and bathhouse areas are fully nude, which is something I chose not to experience due to personal preference. However, one thing I did feel strongly about as a parent of girls was the fact that children are also allowed to walk around nude in these areas. While I understand this is part of the cultural setup for some spas, I believe Spa Castle should consider a policy that prohibits nudity for minors. Unfortunately, pedophiles don't have a "look," and some parents can be completely unaware of their surroundings. For the sake of child safety, I'd strongly recommend the spa reevaluate this policy and put something in place to protect the kids. Aside from that, I had a great experience overall and can't wait to return to see what the upcoming renovations look like. I did the cryotherapy session on the highest level for 3-minutes and 30-second. While it was intense it's absolutely bearable, the feeling afterward was well worth it. After that I experienced the compression therapy, which I highly recommend for anyone with a desk job or who sits for extended periods it felt sooo good.
