Terrible Customer Service - Would Not Recommend I had an extremely disappointing experience at Massage Heights Lakewood. After paying for months of service I never used, I was forced to use all my remaining six credits within a week. One day, I was essentially pressured into getting a facial I didn't even want, and they tried to rebook me for back-to-back facials instead of the massages I originally signed up for. To make things worse, when my daughter's school called and I had to leave unexpectedly, I called to reschedule, but Desiree showed zero sympathy or willingness to work with me. Instead, she applied all my remaining credits to a cancellation. There was no customer care--only strict policies that prioritized taking my money over actually providing a good experience. I will never return, and I do not recommend this location. They do not look out for their clients; the only time you matter is when your membership fees are being drafted. read more

Maria was great! I will be back for another deep tissue massage with her. I did not like the idea of the booking or missed appointment fee. I understand it. But it came across as if I was booking an appointment with a doctor. And I certainly don't like paying a missed appointment fee for a doctor either. Scheduling an appointment is a personal responsibility. If you miss it or are late, then you shouldn't be able to book an appointment again. It not fair to those who are on time and make their appointments. It came across as a bit rude and quite honestly disrespectful to a new customer. I'm certainly not joining as a member because of that. read more

Came in today for the 60min massage along with a 60min facial. The massage was meh. I've definitely had better at other places. My masseuse kept talking to me during the massage and trying to keep conversation, which I didn't like. She was a sweet girl but I almost wish there was an option upon signing in to have a quiet massage because what was I supposed to do, tell her to please stop talking to me? I didn't want to be rude. Just wanted to relax not keep speaking to her. Then the facial was also meh. The lady asked if I wanted to target anything specifically. I said yes, please my blackheads if you can. She said of course, we have a special tool for blackheads. I was apprehensive about that, because I knew a tool wasn't going to get the blackheads out of my nose like magic. And I was right, whatever tool they use here didn't remove any of them at all. I don't even think she went over my nose with it period. When I looked in the mirror afterwards my chin and nose were still full of blackheads. I think in the future I'd pay the extra money and go elsewhere. Staff was nice, but my back feels the same and I saw no real changes to my face. read more

She was hands down one of the best masseuses I've ever had and I've had a lot in my lifetime. I wish I could tell you how the massage was, but when I walked in for a couples massage with my girlfriend, we were told the masseuse can only do one of us. So one of us are suppose to wait in the waiting room as the other gets a massage? No. So they can cancel without any punishment but if I cancel with 24hr I am punished with a payment of 50%. Don't know how the experience is since I never experienced anything. read more
