She did such a good job creating a custom cake and customizing the figurines to be identical to my daughter's favorite stuffed animals. Our friends and family were impressed at the quality of the ingredients as well as attention to detail. I also have to mention the level of service. A hurricane passed through. She was out of power so we assumed the order was cancelled but she was still responsive and luckily she got power back in time and created the cake for us. She is such a kind lady and did SO much hard work to create the perfect cake and cookies for my daughter's special day! When I called the store, explaining my app said my order was ready and asked if/when I can pick it up, the person answering the phone had no sense of customer service or compassion for the confusion. Instead of explaining the issue, I had to probe and ask questions as to whether I should refund or wait for my order. Needless to say she said the store would be reopening at 2pm so I opted to wait. When I entered. I wasn't greeted until I stood over by the pick up counter. Customer service from this particular location can be greatly improved.
