We have gone here for both hair cuts and ear piercings. I think if you are looking for an experience based haircut this is a great fit for a little girl who needs a trim or big chop they get a cute styled hair after and glitter and face glitter SO cute (keep in mind they are appointment only as well so book ahead!). As for ear piercings the staff are SO good with little kids and they do the ears at the same time with two staff members (this is the best way) they made sure all three of my girls were comfy, prepared, and talked through what was happening while doing it. They also have a large selection of piercings earrings which is nice. Staff is very friendly and kind for all of our experiences. My only thing that makes this a 4 star review instead of 5 is that they are slow to acknowledge/help when you first walk in (which has consistently been the case) but once they've got you they are great! read more

I can't say it enough but this establishment is a go to for your little ones. We recently attended two summer camp sessions and we are more than pleased with the staff and organization of these camps! Each day is about $49 since we booked early, regularly $59 for 4.5 hours but it's packed with activities for the kiddos to do! From getting their hair styles, makeup done, nails painted, art activities, dress up and more! I can't wait to do this again next year. The ladies doing the camp were also amazing and super sweet. For less than 75 bucks my sister felt like a queen! We got the ultimate salon package for 65 and added makeup for 6 dollars! Considering the makeup came with face stamps, that's pretty good! The ultimate package came with personalized take-home bath bombs, custom manicure and pedicure, hair styling, and some take-home accessories like hair pins and an anklet. It was all based on the birthday girls wishes. Neveah, who was our helper for the day, was outstanding. She made my sister feel extra special and was so kind and friendly. She was accommodating and was able to provide excellent service despite the loud party going on. We especially appreciated how she was respectful and wore her mask, and only asked my sister to take off hers when she had our permission and when it was necessary for makeup and the facial. Keep in mind, the company doesn't require masks for patrons, but thats what WE wanted and she was so respectful of that. My only complaint that brings the experience down from 5 to 4 stars is that there was no sanitation between one little girl's service to the next. Wiping down the different services would have gone a long way, as it was very busy and you know how kids are. With that fixed, this place would be PERFECT. I still recommend it. Dont forget to tip! I took my son to the location off of 1604. The manager cut his hair and she was horrible. She doesn't know what she's doing. His hair was longer on one side than the other. She kept trying to fix it but kept messing it up even more and missing other places. The manager has no business cutting hair. She should be the one who takes appointments only. read more

Booked an hour of spa fun for my daughter and her 3 friends to celebrate her 7th birthday. They had the absolute best time. The two young ladies doing their hair, makeup, and nails were fun and engaging to these young ladies. I feel like I got a great deal given everything that was included in the party. The girls even got to customize some sugar scrubs from themselves to take home as a favor. While booking the party they were very flexible allowing me up until the day before to change what I wanted to do during the party. The only recommendation is the check in process. It's a little chaotic when you walk in to know exactly where to go or whose been waiting on and who's in line. Didn't take away from the experience for the girls though. My daughter is four and was in need of her first hair cut so I reached out to sweet and sassy they were so helpful and were able to accommodate the time I needed for an appointment. Her appointment was on a Saturday at 4 and it was pretty busy! They have a cute little shopping area in the front and then the spa and hair cut section passed that. When we were there they did have a birthday party going on so it felt a little congested but other than that we had a great experience. My daughter got her hair shampooed, a hair cut, a braid, and glitter! Oh! She also got a cute little glitter heart on her face! We most definitely will be back! This place is the bomb! Booked the spa treatment for my little 4 year old girl and they seriously took care of her. They gave her a hair cut, mani and pedi and she had an absolute blast!!! Elaina is such a sweetheart to our little girl and made her feel like a princess! She carried a very in depth conversation about puppies and gave my daughter tons of attention. My daughter brought 2 friends with her for her 6th birthday and got a mani pedi treatment. They absolutely loved it! The staff went out of their way to make it special with such cute little touches to every aspect of it. I thought that for what you get the cost was well worth it! The moms had a great time watching our girls have a special pampering as well. We had a small experience, but I watched some of the other parties that were happening and the staff really goes all out, their energy level is fantastic, their customer satisfaction is obviously important to them and making it a memorable time for the young girls that they serve is top priority! I want to really like this place but I think it could make some big improvements to be great. I brought my two girls in for their birthdays (4 & 9)and made a appointment ahead of time. Scheduling was easy and they have a lot of available openings. I booked ultimate makeovers which include- polish on nails, up do hair style, makeup and a take home surprise($29). I added on facials for an additional $8 each. They were seated at a nail table and told to pick one or two colors for their nails from a bin. From here is where it got a bit overwhelming and and disappointing. As they started painting nails they also had their hair put back for the facial and the other had her hairstyle done. All these things require a lot of Decision making and especially for a 4 year old can be a lot at once. They loved their nails but keeping in mind they have tiny fingers so that was a easy task. Their hair was great and they did good with small braids and no hair pulling or tears involved. The facial was anything but, think spatula a clay like mix from a tub brought from the back and 2 second application. $8 for that. Keeping in mind this is all going on in one spot and at once. So this is where I hope improvement is made. As parents we bring our littles in to be spoiled and feel special. I like that they pick their colors and nails get painted, next I think they should be able to move to a new area where their hair is styled or a facial is applied. Little girls want to be able to see what is going on and it also helps them make decisions if there's examples or at least they can see themselves in a mirror. I think this would also make it feel more special and have them feeling like they are apart of the process . As adults we like to see what's going on, so why should they be any different. My girls would have loved to see what was going on and be able to move around instead of sit in one chair with no visuals of themself the whole time. They also were not offered to look at them self until the end so I took pictures of them and had to keep showing them so they could see and get excited. I feel like the facial could have been so much better, simple things like a warm towel before the application, a light face massage or honestly a hand rub while their facial is sitting would be beneficial, I could have done a quick swipe of a substance on my girls face at home if I knew that's all it was. To remove it they used a towel with water to wipe it off . The makeup application was okay, no real big complaints here, it is very quick though and my oldest said she wished they had more options to choose from. At the end they were taken over to the make and take area to make a bath salt, pick a bath bomb or a sugar scrub. My girls chose to do a sugar scrub. On the pictures it shows you pick 3 scoops and it makes a sundae look alike type thing. Sadly my girls were only given the option to pick two. My oldest said she missed being able to do this part herself with help of course. Instead the process was done for her. In the past she had a lipgloss option and a body glitter and she also was hoping these would be options this time as well but the "bar" did not seem to be as well stocked as other times we have been. Overall I really wish they had more time and didn't feel so I overwhelmed and it could have been a more special experience. They have all these different areas in the salon and I think they need to be utilized. A hair area, nail area, facial area etc... kids want to move, they are visual and want to feel like it's their time. So my rating is purely for that, the staff was nice and but beyond that I feel as if I wasted over $80 in less then a hour. We have been other times and had a similar experience, so I thought this time I'd share my experience because I truly think they can be better and hope my recommendations are helpful. Especially for a birthday you'd think a little something extra or small would go a long way. read more

It's a cute store however only two interactions I've had have been terrible. First time was a few years ago I went in to buy a TY sparkly plush. It was large and I had several stores to go to after and the girl working offered to keep it there while I finished my shopping. Once I went back they said they charged me the wrong price and it was actually more expensive. So they had to refund me the original price and then had to charge me again for the more expensive price. I was upset and had asked if they could honor original price as it was their mistake and was told no. I had messaged management through their site and never received a response back. I haven't been back until last week I needed another plush and needed to inquire about the limo service. I was told they had complete availability for this Saturday and for a 30 minute ride, pick up and drop it would be $150 with out having a reservation for a party( we only wanted it to go to the movies)I called earlier this week and was told there was no availability and even if there was since we weren't having a party there we'd have to rent the limo for a minimum of 4 hours and it would be $100 an hour. I understand the availability part but it's been TWICE that their staff didn't know their pricing. Train your employees better! It could have saved us a huge disappointment. read more

We are brand new to Texas, so she doesn't have any friends yet, but the gal working here, Nadia came highly recommended by former customers online. We are so thankful we booked her because she made her feel like she really was the only little girl in that salon and made her feel special. She gave her a pedicure, manicure, haircut, and shampoo and my daughter forgot we were even present observing her. Nadia has a skill that you rarely see in instructors, teachers, and educators and it was very prevalent in her demeanor and excitement working with my daughter. She made it seem as if they were girlfriends going to the spa together. The salon has seats for parents and family to watch their children be pampered and they even offer boy cuts too. it was my daughter's first time there and first haircut. when i called to make an appointment i specifically mentioned that she has really coily hair and if they can handle tough hair. Because I wanted her hair braided ( I wasn't expecting any fancy but a nice cute braid). She is 3 and wanted her and I mommy to have a great experience for her first haircut. I am not one to complain but I have never left so disappointed in a hair salon. they didn't save a lock of her hair, they did make her feel special ( I had to hype it up so at least she sees her mom excited and she will be happy) . and worst of all her braid was terrible I am not an expert in braiding and I do a better job. they had told me that the person they booked me with is an expert in braiding hair. so sad because it was her first salon experience and when I told the manager a few days later about my situation ( mainly because I wasnt sure if I should say anything) they only offered a refund on the cut only, they didn't care to make up for it. We had a apt at sweet and sassy yesterday 6/4 for a little fun for my child's bday. When we arrive and check in for our apt. We hear hear one of the reps saying how she didn't even want to do this apt (our apt) and she was going to try to get us out of there in 20 min. Then when we go to braid my child's hair we ask for the color hair she says I don't know how and it's extra. Which we were fine with it. But said she can't do it. While braiding the hair she had to ask for help because my child was moving. Which you are dealing with little kids they are going to move but this lady seemed annoyed with it. Then when we went for the pedi I feel like she was trying to rush her. I had to ask well did you rub the feet she basically put water in the tub soaked her feet and painted. I have been here several times and I see them go all out rub the feet and hands everything for them. I just can't believe how horrible it was yesterday. I am very disappointed in the service and the fact that she said she will get my child in and out in 20 min because she didn't want to deal with it today. Very rude!!! read more
