This store is smaller than the one at Katy Mills Mall, but the prices are the same, even though the one at Katy Mills is supposedly an outlet. I happened to go to Sam's Club on the same day, and I noticed that the prices are less at Carter's than at Sam's for identical items. Every time you make a purchase, they give you a 20% off coupon for the following month. They also have sales most of the time, 40 to 50% off is not uncommon. They were busy the day I was there, but there were employees chatting with each other, and no one offerred assistance. The girl at the register was almost pleasant. I wasn't impressed with the service, but I'd go back for the great deals on children's clothes.
