We saw this place next door after having lunch/dinner at Boiling Pot next door on Sunday. The…read moreplace looked popular with tables filled on the patio and the pastries on display through the window looked intriguing so decided to take a chance and maybe get a small coffee and some pastries to try. There was a young man at the counter who welcomed us with a wonderful smile. He said his name is Said (pronounced Sa-eed) and asked if it was our first time here. We said it was, so he offered to give us some samples of their most popular bake goods. He said it is made of light custard and it's called soft cake and it is traditional pastry from his country in Uzbekistan that his mother bakes all from scratch. In Asia we also don't like overly sweet cakes so we thought it sounded to fit our taste preferences. And we loved it after trying! My mom said it tastes very similar to the cake she had back in Seoul in her childhood she misses fondly, but she could never have that same taste. Just a little sweeter. But the custard and texture of the cake is just the same. We also got the eclair. And it was pretty good too. But definitely recommend the soft cake!! Sooo yummyyy!! I also got the strawberry cold foam matcha latte and my mom got a small americano coffee. She said it's the best coffee she had in a cafe. Of course superb compared to Starbucks or any other coffee franchise. She says American coffee shops always burn their beans so it tastes burnt, but this place roasted the beans just right. And we also loved the strawberry cold foam matcha. I don't know how, but it tasted like really strawberry was in the drink!! My mom said it's the best strawberry milk she ever had here and in Korea! And she wants to order again when we come by next time. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Food and drinks were all prepared with such care, but given at a reasonable time. Some of these cafes take forever to make your drinks, even Starbucks makes you wait 20 minutes! These other coffee shops make it seem like they're doing some complex chemistry experiment how long it takes for just a drink! But this young guy he makes the drink in under 5 min and it tastes 10x better anything those other coffee shops make, but in less than half the time! I really thought maybe it was really hard making drinks, but this young dude makes it look like a walk in the park, the speed and ease he cranks out the drinks. I think Uzbekistan people must be just built different! and he was also so kind and pleasant taking the time to explain and answer all our questions. Some of these other places wouldn't even bother or make it feel like you're pulling a nail from them the way they grimace. He was so nice we wanted to give a tip, but he even said he didn't want us to. He'd happily accept just our enjoying the food and drinks and would appreciate if we left a review for his cafe. just had to leave a review. Especially after how nice he is. And hearing his story and how it's a family run bakery with the mom baking and son making drinks and running front counter. And an authentic European bakery!! Wow! Aren't we so glad they moved into our neighborhood! A Real quality cafe I didn't even know what I was missing until I stepped into this little shop by mere chance! I Will definitely come by again. And anyone else who discovers this little gem would be so lucky and blessed as us!

I found it to be more moist compared to other crepe cakes I've had. The crunchy napoleon is good too if you like puff pastry. Also tried the honey cake with prunes and that was so soft! The service is friendly overall. The bakery itself is small but they have some tables and chairs outside.

The cake was fresh, moist, and full of flavor, and it was a huge hit at the party. Everyone kept asking where we got it from. I had the option to pay for the cake in full or place a deposit. Please keep in mind that I ordered this cake months prior to the graduation. I was impressed by the level of communication received and also the ease of placing an order. I was a bit nervous when I had to pick up the cake because I wasn't sure if there were any mishaps since I placed the order so long ago. On the day of the graduation, I picked up the cake and it was perfect!!! Strawberry shortcake - customized as you see in the photo with CSUN colors! The cake was delicious and so cute!!!

What a beautiful bakery tucked in the corner of the west hills area of Los Angeles…read more You are welcomed with a friendly and cozy bakery and the woman behind the counter was very kind. There is a gelato section on the right with a cookie and pastry display case that definitely opens your eyes with excitement. Since it was Mother's Day this weekend we got these flower meringues as well as some chocolate/tiramusu cakes. You can definitely tell these were handled with care. There were pretty good but I do wish the Tiramusu was a little denser but that is just my palette. Pricing was a little above average for items but then again, it seems like everything everywhere is these days. Also, it is unfortunate they aren't open sundays. Will I be back? Most likely yes! This time, earlier because it seems like by the afternoon a lot of the stuff was gone which means they are doing something right!

The gelato is fantastic and the serving sizes are generous and extremely delicious! The danishes are to DIE for, and I have never eaten something from this place that wasn't fresh and extremely delicious. The place is not usually packed which blows my mind when it's so good! The owner is SUCH a sweetheart and remembers us every time we come by, and the last time we came by the cheese and apricot danishes (my new favorite because of this place) were hot and freshly glazed right out of the oven. I've had danishes from a few other places, and this place completely outshines them. I'm always excited to try a new pastry from this place. 100000000/10, I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

The beans are perfectly roasted, and there's a clear attention to technique behind every cup. The menu offers a thoughtful mix of classic favorites alongside a few creative, well-executed specialty drinks. Food options such as burritos and acai is also available. This Chatsworth coffee house could easily be overlooked in the SFV, but it absolutely deserves a spot on your radar. It's the kind of place that quietly delivers excellnce without needing to overstate it. We ordered the lavender latte and it was hands down one of the best I've ever had. The balance was spot on; just the right touch of sweetness, with the lavender delicately infused so it complemented rather than overpowered the espresso and milk. Smooht, aromatic, and incredibly satisfying. Whether you're stopping in for a quick coffee or looking to enjoy a thoughtfully crafted drink, this spot delivers with consistency and care. A hidden gem worth seeking out again and again.

It's an ideal Café - nice people ( employees and customers ), a simple menu, a clean look, and good service. We grabbed a hot Salted Butterscotch Oatmilk Latte, an iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte, and a Cortado. All three were fan-flavor-tastic with great aromatics. The sandwich selection was simple but appetizing: Egg Salad, Turkey & Cheese, and Mortadella with Pesto and Mozzarella. The lady at the counter suggested the Turkey, but once my wife saw the Mortadella offering, it was a closed deal. Their sandwiches are made in house, built with good proportions. The proteins in all three were generous while the bread was hearty and fluffy. Just the right amount of sprouted greens, dressing, and cheese for the mortadella. Grabbed an egg sandwich to go. Prices were fair and comparable, quality was high, and the customer service was pleasant and conversational. Coming back here again.
