What bliss! This space is so well done. I really appreciate the attention to every aspect of the treatment room. Quiet and so airy and the ceiling is nice! When you're on your back and relieving a treatment you look up and even that is pleasant as opposed to some other day spas I've been to! Cheyenne was so easy to work with, her hands have a healing touch. When getting something as involved as an eyelash lift and tint and brow tint it was such a comfort to have her capable hands! Let me start by saying this review is way overdue. I've been getting serviced for a Brazilian sugar(s) from Sarah for the past 2.5 years now. From day ONE, sarah has been amazing and remains amazing. She is very educational, comforting, and, all in all, an amazing person. She's made me feel comfortable every time I walk through the door. Sarah is very accommodating and understanding when it comes to her client's time. Also, I do enjoy at times when things are silenced during our appointments because I know it's a tactic to talk to your client to keep their mind off of the somewhat pain that comes from sugar waxing, but sometimes it's not needed, and I feel like Sarah can sense that. Sarah saved my life today! I was so happy she had an opening before my trip on Friday.She was extremely friendly, professional, upbeat and made me feel very comfortable. I got a Brazilian wax only today but she offers many other services such as lash tint, brow tint, sugaring basically any body part, etc. she will offer lash lifts soon as well. Her room was very clean and tidy, set up nicely. She had relaxing music playing, there was a heated blanket under the sheet (best part right). She was very knowledgable which made me super comfortable, I am always hesitant about going to a new esthetician but I'm sooo glad I found her!! First time Brazilian sugaring client! Whoo-hoo!! (Been going to Sweet Haven for 3 months now) Sarah is very professional and great at her job. I was very nervous the first time, but she wasn't lying when she explained that the pain would ease out a lot after a couple of visits. The prices are great as well, I can only compare to Brazilian waxes, and so far sugaring is way more beneficial for me in many ways. Sarah is amazing! Her spa is warm and perfect, located in such a convenient spot right next to the Metropolitan Market, in the top floor of a cross fit gym. My initial appointment was for an extended bikini, but I immediately then made an appointment for my brows! My first time getting my brows sugared, and I'm definitely hooked! She tinted as well, and they're perfect. Sarah made sure to listen to my shape idea, starting more conservatively to then work forward to create the perfect shape.
