However, many of the other girls; Anna, Jenny & even Karen (the owner) are top notch! These ladies greet you with courtesy, professionalism and focus on providing the best mani and/or pedi service that your personal grooming investment can spend! Whomever you choose, you are greeted with a sealed plastic envelope settling comfort that these tools are disinfected and solely used for your experience. That said, I have never had an infection or mishap over the last 4 years that I have been a loyal patron since Karen took ownership. Exemplary service and very competitive pricing. Frequent visits earn $10 off on mani or pedi and additional discounts are offered when you pay cash! If you need to unwind, relax, read a book/magazine or text, the ladies recognize & respect this. I was recommended this place by friend and had never tried it before but I loved it! I arrived almost 10 min early for my appointment and they took me right away! They showed me the colors and I asked if one of the sparkly ones would be see through and she said oh I can show you! She grabbed the polish and painted a little bit on my nail so I could see it, no other nail place had done that before for me and it was very helpful. She was very gentle when doing my nails and did them very nicely! The prices are average for nails, but I got a punch card to get $10 off after a few visits which I love! Sweet Nails is such a wonderful place to get a manicure and pedicure. The staff does such a great job with the shellac product. Especially Kwany. She has been doing my shellac manicures (and pedicures in the summer) every 3 weeks for over a year and takes such great care to ensure I get exactly what I ask for. Her kindness and attention to detail makes me feel important every time I'm there. The quality of the application of shellac is so great that it actually lasts three weeks on my fingernails and more than 6 weeks on my toenails, which has not been the case with other salons. I have been a LOYAL customer at Sweet Nails for several years now. I have experienced new staff and ownership during this time. Although I've ALWAYS had a good experience, the new ownership has made the shop even more enjoyable. It is SPOTLESS at all times and incredibly organized. Each of the workers is tediously tidying up when they have down time. I have had good luck with each technician, but am especially pleased with Kwanie's work. She has a great sense of humor and I'm able to be very honest and particular with her about what I want. I absolutely LOVE this nail shop! I've been a regular here for several years and every nail tech does a great job. I've had manicures, gel manicures, pedicures, and even gel tips on occasion. I've also had my eyebrows done here. I rarely have an appointment so I'm usually a walk in. They are quick to assist and I've never waited longer than 5-10 minutes but usually get a nail tech right away. I highly recommend this shop! read more

Sweet Nails is the best place for mani/pedi. Great customer service and end product, gel manicure definitely last two weeks probably longer, but I do two weeks regularly scheduled. Very professional; definitely COVID prepared with temp screenings; sanitizer; masks and social distance setup. I got the regular Pedicure at Sweet Nails..it was not satisfactory....I didnt even ask for nail paint becoz all I normally don't put nail polish in the winter. I asked the lady to make sure my heels were smooth but they are still rough which for me defeated the whole purpose of Pedicure. I will not be going back there. read more

My daughter and I went here together- Kwan did tips for my daughter that look amazing almost 3 weeks later! I had a gel mani that hasn't chipped at all- in bright red! We love the shoulder rub after and have never felt pushed to upgrade what we want done. Very relaxing and quiet- we will be back soon! read more

I really like this nail salon...I have had shellac in other places and when I go to remove them they are very rough. I told these ladies to be careful and they took their time and really made sure that the removal was as gentle as possible. I only go to this nail salon after trying so many others. read more
