My friend had the same coconut cream tart and ordered a bunch of their cookies - neither of us were complaining. I practically inhaled my tres leches cake. The owner is friendly as well. When I asked her which 3 milks did she use for her tres leches cake, I asked because the recipe I use has coconut milk. She said that she can't use coconut milk because "this is Connecticut" which I'm guessing means that even something as bland as coconut milk is probably too exotic for Connecticut WASPs. Still I hope this place sticks around because her offerings are wonderful and Woodbury needs some a dose of exoticness.

My wife and I stop bye frequently to grab the ham and cheese (I think it is Emmantal or Gruyère) stuffed croissants. The croissants are buttery, flaky, and flat out good. In addition to these and the classic plain, they also have a savory spinach/artichoke, sweet ones filled with almond or chocolate. Baguettes are crispy and delicious. The Andouille sausage bread is fantastic also. Several of my family members rave about their coffee too, but I have not had it yet. Shop is clean and the service is always friendly. Will be back...maybe tomorrow. Give them a shot. You won't be disappointed.
