I have been to Sweet Noshings multiple times and I love the popcorn and candy selections. The ice creams are so good too! However, the employees are incredibly rude. Not all of them, but the actual owners work at the store and they are always very short with me. Multiple occasions they have responded to me like I was stupid or ignorant after asking a simple question. They have awful attitudes and it makes my experience there extremely unpleasant. I hate that such a great store has a staff that deters me from visiting more often. read more

I usually love this place! I'm so sad because I brought my mom here for some popcorn and the customer service was so bad. She had never been here before so we asked to try two flavors but the young lady at the counter was extremely rude to us. It seemed as if she didn't want to let us try it. She asked us could we move out the way so that she could ring another customer up which was fine it was more of her body language, manner, and tone. Amazing sweets and chocolate place. Just what someone needs to for their sweet tooth. But terrible terrible timings! They just close way too early for that area. My hubby and I usually can't even make it there till after 9 because of long work hours. I think a sweet shop needs to be open late night for dessert cravings and such. Great shop. A few growing pains, but overall a great experience. We visited Sweet Noshings several times over the past few months and have already begun to put together favorites. Hands-down, my absolute favorite are their peanut butter cups. They're roughly the size of a cupcake and come in both milk and dark chocolate. I have no clue if their peanut butter cups are made on site; nevertheless the quality of the ingredients shines in comparison to macro peanut butter cups. Consequently, I have become a connoisseur of peanut butter confections. Welcome to Midtown. My girlfriend's top pick are the dark chocolate salted caramels. For her, they're just the right mix of salt, sweet, and bitter. All-in-all, they're a great shop. They lose a star in service. It seems that some of their staff get easily flustered and we had a front row seat to watch a customer get looked over like he didn't exist. It was obvious and awkward. This store is so pretty! And for sure I will be coming back and back again. They have a very nice variety of chocolates and candy and I felt like a little kid trying to decide what to had to my bag next. I'll give them only 4 stars just because I would've love to get my favorite combination of flavors but they don't have that in store... maybe they'll read this and get some good dark chocolate and chili options in there? I sure hope so! Anyway, I discovered I do like jelly beans, only when they taste like cappuccino!!! they are so good! if you like coffee you gotta just try one. Then I got some dark chocolate squares filled with salted caramel and some sea salt on top, they are for my husband but I made him share them with me (I do charge for getting there and buying them), so delicious! Located in a great area next door to some fabulous restaurants! They had a very extensive selection (my personal favorites were all of the espresso flavored candies!) and friendly staff. I also love that they are open so late. My only complaint....that you have to use a different bag of you goose candies that cost different prices. Staff is incredibly friendly and the cake is delicious! Such a variety of candy but also different types of homemade cakes and cookies and a wide range of flavored popcorn. Would've received 5 stars from me if the dude behind the counter wasn't such an a-hole. First time in there while we were waiting for our table at another restaurant. Very impressive selection and busy as well. Went to help myself and scoop some chocolate pretzels out of their container. I noticed a lid from a peanut container was placed flat on the shelf but not replaced. I took the lid off the pretzel container and placed it flat on the shelf as well. This douchebag stops what he is doing (waiting on his customer) and proceeds to come around from behind the counter, snatch the lid from under me, place it in a rack, and walks back to finish the transaction without saying a word. Hey, could you wipe my dick off for me after I go pee too? Of course I automatically think of Jeff Spicoli in "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" and want to say "Hey Bud, what's your problem?" I say nothing, replace BOTH of the lids, and walk to the counter. My bag's contents totaled $1.56. I pulled out my debit card and dickhead pointed to a small sign on his register that read "$1.75 minimum charge. Then the guy directed me to get more in my bag. I did. (Note: I was with my wife and son. Probably not the best place or time to tell this middle-aged tool what he can do with his beloved pretzels.) Paid and left. Won't be back. Their popcorn is insane. I've loved every kind I've tried. I gave my dad some of the Memphis mix (BBQ and caramel) and he finished the bag in no time flat. Definitely give it a shot. Oh!
