As someone 4 months pregnant running around to coordinate the rest of the party, it was so nice to have Lourdes come and set up so quickly and begin cooking right away. Then right at the scheduled time, our guests were served and absolutely loved everything they served! We had the fiesta package and chose the birria, shrimp, and Al pastor tacos - all of which were juicy and seasoned to perfection. We also ordered the bacon wrapped hot dogs and watermelon agua fresca which were to die for! The accompaniments were delicious as well - rice, pinto beans, pico de gallo, spicy red salsa, salsa verde, grilled Serrano peppers, grilled onions, and fresh diced onions. They were able to easily accommodate the updated request. Service and replies to texts were prompt. We were slated to have it all delivered the Friday before our Saturday event, but the tables/chairs and linens all arrived Thursday which was nice. My only little complaint would be that one of the tables was slightly busted up around the edges and kind of sharp. Thankfully we didn't end up needing it anyway. So good idea to check over the delivery in case that would be an issue for you. The arrived promptly with our tent the Friday morning and set up and take down Sunday was a breeze. Prices were all very reasonable and we would use them again for future events.

The giant balloon arch was the star of the show. Hundreds of balloons caught our guest attention as they walked through the door. Then the giant balloons that were hanging high off the ceilings really blew people away. She made a giant picture frame "Photobooth" with my sons name in balloons on the top, which was a huge hit for the party (without being a huge $1000 photo booth rental hit). To finish it off, she made these great centerpieces for all the tables that really took it over the top.
