Stellar stop and a FANTASTIC place for Vegans…read more The inside is cheery and seating is plentiful. We came in on the 4th on July - right after the downtown parade - and we STILL got a table despite the crowds & popularity The inside of the establishment was light & bright due to large windows, a cheery environment whose positivity extended to the greenery filled outdoor space. Staff was very friendly and with 2 options of ordering -- between at-counter ordering with a staff member + online tablet ordering -- you don't have to worry about waiting long to order. The menu is extensive, providing everything from (several options of) acai/dragon fruit bowls, fruit & vegan protein powder smoothies, and savory dishes such as avocado toast and two kinds of VEGAN breakfast sandwiches The food & drinks came out FAST; their espresso was great and was served on a charming bamboo board with a glass of (lemon?) sparkling water which was a great touch. I had their chocolate & peanut butter protein shake and it was delicious. My sister got an avocado/mango/banana/granola/chia seed bowl which was gone in all of 5 minutes. Great great experience all around, especially if you are healthy or also Vegan. Could not recommend more!

There's breakfast sandwiches, loaded toast, açaí/smoothie/or protein bowls, rice bowls, salads, n'ice cream, mylkshakes, a wide variety of baked goods, and of course coffee. I got a breakfast sandwich that had Just Egg, cheese, beyond sausage, tomato, and spinach on an english muffin. It was tasty and would get again. All their smoothies looked amazing, so I had to try the Island Vibes smoothie. It contained pineapple, strawberries, coconut milk & apple juice. So refreshing. I can see why this one is a customer favorite. While I was there I had to grab one of their baked goods to take home, so I settled on the lemon and raspberry poppyseed cupcake. It was good, but I wished it had a stronger lemon flavor to pair with the raspberry frosting. The service was friendly, prompt, and they love dogs. We had a pup with us and they quickly refreshed the water bowl and asked if they could give his noggin a tussle. Overall a great experience and I'll happily stop here again next time I'm in town.

So far, all I've tried is their California Burrito, which is quite tasty, and not as greasy as CBs I've had elsewhere. Everything feels and tastes fresher in their burritos, where you get a definite crunch from included veggies like tomatoes and lettuce. Their asada is very tender and has a pot roast kind of flavor to it. And the burritos are enormous. My wife and I split the burrito and it was all I could do to finish my half. My son ordered a plate of arroz con pollo (all about the basics, this kid) and gave it two very enthusiastic thumbs up. They offer a walk up service counter with seating primarily in the outdoor spaces in front of and beside the building. The covered seating area was under maintenance or repair when we went, so you might grab your grub to go if it's raining or snowing. I forgot to see if they do any specialty drinks like Jamaica or horchata, but they absolutely have a self serve soda fountain with Dr. Pepper on tap which, when I think about it, is all I really need to know. We've technically been twice now, and would have gone a third time last night (Wednesday) but they were closed, so wifey and I went to Joe's Philly Cheese Steak place down the street instead (sorry, Joel). To out myself as one o' them $#*%ing Californians, this place was very much a taste of home, and it's nice to know it's nearby when those burrito cravings hit all at once. As stated in the opening, this place is right next to a big, FREE public parking lot and perhaps brisk walking distance to City Beach, the Cedar Street Bridge (shopping) and the Sandpoint Farmers Market (when it's going, anyway). Prices are about what one would expect for a roughly 2lb serving of burrito awesomeness, $12-$15 on average. Definitely recommended if you're in the mood for something fast, fresh and tasty.
