Stopped in to get me a Carmel apple and had it sliced, when young girl was done slicing she just reached with her bare hand and put it in a bag. Don't know about others but that's gross to me, cause she didn't wash her hands before serving me. Won't be going back in there. After I left I sure wished I would of said something. Caramel apples were just out on a sheet pan in open air with doors open to outside. Flys weren't bad but noticed a few. :) read more

Very busy with people purchasing name brand ice cream (why??). They have housemade fudge and candies. They are ok. The worst thing is the young girls that work there... don't really know what they are doing. read more

Employees were rude. Apparently they don't like their job. I should of purchased my fudge somewhere else

Upon arrival there is a huge assortment of Carmel apples, fudge, ice cream, candy, and chocolate dipped everything. This is a huge PLUS!! The cons? The young dark haired lady was particularly rude. I overlooked it though bc I really wanted some ice cream and hey, everyone has their bad days. My ice cream was wonderful chocolate cherry chunk. The worst happened about 5-6 bites in. A long dark hair. I wasn't going to Yelp about it, but when my husband went back inside to show her, she looked irritated that she had to help him. After showing her the hair she was apologetic. Needless to say I won't be returning. Not because of the hair or the sweets, but bc this is a tourist attraction sweet shop. The service should be better. read more

My family and I walked in on Black Friday. The store looked nice, clean and well stocked. There were no other customers in the store and there were 3 young (teenage?) employees huddled together behind the counter closest to Sudderth engaged in a loud and inappropriate conversation. Never greeted us or asked how they could help. I quietly stood and waited for them to finish their conversation so I could order for my children. Nope. Not one glance my way. Waited some more while my children were pointing out what they would like. Employees were not interested. We walked out and I gave a loud "Have a nice day" to which the employees replied back, "you too!" clearly totally unaware of the poor experience they had just given. The candy looked great though! read more
