All the customers were trying to get rang up and she just was focused on herself having a bit of water.... Company please be aware of who you hire. I been coming for years and the only employee to ever act this way was her. I would put zero stars. And hope this little child gets the proper training and some etiquette to be better at having costumer service.

This is probably one of the better places if you want to get ice cream especially if you like the taiyaki to go along with your soft serve ice cream. Also, their bingsu is simply heavenly and their frozen iced coffees are delicious as well. Overall I'd say it's a 10/10! read more
