My family and I visited this restaurant on Friday, July 3, for breakfast just before 11:30 a.m. We only waited about 15 minutes for a table, which wasn't bad at all. This is a smaller restaurant with limited waiting space inside, so some guests had to wait in their cars and check back for their table. The waiting area near the host stand was a little warm, although it felt much cooler once we were seated thanks to the ceiling fans. I'm not sure if the air conditioning was working properly. We did have to wait a little while before our waitress came to our table, but once she greeted us, she answered our questions about the menu. The hostess also offered some great recommendations, which we appreciated. We ordered the Waffletto Sandwich, the Mexican Omelette (which comes with a salad), the Chicken & Waffles, and two flavored lemonades. The Waffletto Sandwich was good, but for the price, I would have liked a little more meat. My recommendation would actually be to order one of their regular breakfast plates, which includes a half Belgian waffle along with eggs, meat, and hash browns. It seems like a better value and gives you more food for your money. My daughter really enjoyed the Mexican omelette and said it was very flavorful. The Chicken & Waffles were also tasty, although I personally would have preferred fewer onion strings on top of the waffle. I also think chicken wings or tenders would pair better with the waffle than the chicken breast that was served. The biggest disappointment was the lemonade pricing. The menu clearly listed the flavored lemonades for $5, but when we received our bill, we were charged $7.50 each. We brought this to our waitress's attention, and she explained that the higher price was due to the flavoring, syrup, and free refills. However, none of that was explained on the menu, nor were we informed about it when ordering. If the menu advertises a drink for $5, customers should either be charged that price or the menu should clearly state any additional charges. Accurate pricing is important, and management should ensure that the menu reflects the correct prices to avoid confusion and disappointment. If the current price is $7.50, the menu should be updated accordingly. Otherwise, customers should be charged the advertised price. Another thing that wasn't communicated was that the flavored lemonades include free refills. We only learned this after questioning our bill. Once we found out, we were able to get refills in to-go cups before leaving, which was a nice bonus. So, if you order one of their lemonades, be sure to ask for a refill or a to-go cup before you leave. Overall, the food was enjoyable, and there were a few dishes we liked. Eh, it's okay. We are a family of 5. I ordered a coffee drink with oat milk and I could tell before taking a sip it wasn't right but the waitress didn't come back for like 10 minutes after dropping at the table. I tasted it and knew it was regular milk....she insisted...I asked her to ask whoever made it and they confirmed it was cows milk. So, they remade it but she wasn't happy. Sorry, I ordered oat milk and not cows milk. Not sure why she'd be upset with me. The dining experience took a very long time as she even disappeared as we were looking to pay. I visited this business for the first time today. It was a decent brunch but overpriced and very crowded seating. We had a party of 7. They have very few seating options for parties over 4. The waitress said they wouldn't do individual checks and made us put it on one check. They didn't have any diet soda options. They only have sugar free syrup on the table. The water cups are the size of kids cups. Half of them are metal, half are plastic. They have a photo wall which is nice, but you can't actually use it because there's a table two feet away in front of it, blocking it. Ended up hear on accident lol was going to a diff place for my friend's birthday brunch and it was closed. This was the closest and to our surprise a great accident. I stopped by for brunch at noon yesterday and the restaurant was pretty chill no loud music or chaos. Our server I forgot her name was amazing and attentive. We ordered margarita and mimosa flights which were really good not too sweet. There was a slight accident when the food was brought out, some potatoes had slid off the plate and fell into a mimosa cup and over the table :( Our sweet server reacted fast and brought out a fresh plate of potatoes and a new mimosa right away! This place is a diamond in the rough. I've been here a few times, it's one of my daughter's favorite spots. The location is not the best but it's in Goodyear. After several minutes of waiting for someone to serve us, a younger girl came over and waited on us. My wife wanted a coke, and we were told their soda machine was out of carbonation. Today I had a terrible food and customer service was appalling! I am a weekly regular customer. Tuesday, May 19, 2026 I called in my usual order before my arrival so that it would be ready when I got there. I Sat at the table to prep it (butter&syrup)opened my waffle to butter it..saw my bacon was a pale color and uncooked thoroughly so I asked the waitress if she could remake my order. I said I just wanted it to be done that's all she was real disrespectful. I told her I no longer want to speak to her let me speak to her manager. So she told me the manager wasn't there to have a seat until she got back. I did.. then she went behind the counter and proceeded to talk about me to a cook so I walked over and asked her. When could I expect for the manager to arrive? She told me that I could speak to the lady that she was currently talking to who was a manager. I started speaking to the lady I asked her did she speak English? She said no so I asked the waitress. How was that gonna help me? I was highly upset. A cute little spot, no wait early on a Sunday 9am after church. The waffles looked really good but I'm not a waffle person so I ordered the big omelet, it was big and had good flavor but the eggs were very rubbery not even sure it was really eggs or what but not great. The potatoes on the other hand were def frozen potatoes and not good at all, no flavor no spice, not hot and very bland. The BLT waffle was a good size portion and had good flavor, especially with added syrup. $20 for an omelet with water. Most likely will not be back to this spot. 1/6/24: had a craving for waffles (and I didn't want to make them!) so popped in to Waffletto one morning. Plenty of parking for customers and a cute little place. I lost the receipt and forgot our server's name, but she was very friendly and kept checking on us regularly. One thing that bothers me as I get older is uncomfortable seating. Waffletto had them: no cushion and the metal chair backs whose bar came forward and squeezed. I am not a heavy / wide person, but those bars were digging into my hips and the discomfort was distracting me from the food. My sister is heavy set and she was doubly uncomfortable. I would come back again to explore the other menu items, but I would bring a cushion; maybe even my own chair. read more
