I wasn't expecting much from this creamery, but I walked away incredibly surprised. I got the bourbon truffle (or something like that) and the Cuban coffee cream -- and they were delicious on their own, but paired great together. A friend of mine got two scoops of the vegan lemon and it was perfectly tart. This place is small and there aren't very many places to sit, but it's very easy to walk in, order, and go on a brisk walk with your delicious, creamy sweet treat.

It was a very intimate space with sweet ladies working in there!! They were super kind and friendly. We parked at a lot nearby and walked over. I got the doughnut sandwich with salted caramel ice cream topped with Cinnamon Toast Crunch and m&ms. It was DELICIOUS!!

Terrible, terrible customer service. I said hello and the girl just stared at me and was so rude. And bugs. Yes BUGS.

I got the ice scream sandwich with mvp and and bourbon truffle flavors and it was a good combination. The mvp had chocolate covered peanut butter bites. They had a good amount of flavors and would love to try some of the more fruity flavors here as well. The service was super friendly. There wasn't that many options for seating. It's more like a place where you can grab and go. The only down side is that the area where it is located was a little scary at night when I went. There were a couple homeless people outside and there is a parking deck right next to the location but we just parked right outside the store on the street so that we could keep an eye on the car.

My kids were able to find their favorite flavors and seemed happy with their treats BUT... I did not go into the business. The closest parking was a block away and before I was fully parked, a guy rode over to my vehicle on a scooter and started telling me how terrible this parking lot was and pointed out the two other vehicles already booted. Scooter man proceeded to ask me if I ever help out the homeless and asked for cash, and had a hard time accepting my no answer. Across the street from the public parking lot is John Calhoun Park. I noticed numerous homeless sleeping in the shade and another covered in a wheelchair next to the street. My initial thought was to find another ice cream option because I didn't feel comfortable leaving my vehicle and walking a couple blocks over to Sweet Stacks. My daughters (ages 6 & 7) had been drinking lots of water because it was a hot day and had to pee really bad. I circled the block and let the girls out, my oldest was able to handle payment. To our dismay, the bathrooms at Sweet Stack are for employees only. My idea of a fun treat was very underwhelming. Sweet Stack might be more of a locals only shop.

The pros: Good portion size and a variety of flavors - they also have a good selection of vegan ice cream for anyone that has dietary restrictions. Lady serving us was so patient and kind! Sweet dreams was really good, especially for fruit flavor lovers. Go ahead and pass on the mango flavor - it's vegan so it has a more icy texture and the flavor isn't that strong. Got it to accomodate a friend but would've gone for the caramel praline otherwise. The cons: Pricing is unclear and maybe even a little deceptive? Could've sworn that the menu said $4.15 for a small cup and was told that I could have up to two scoops. When I got to checkout it seemed like you had to pay for the cup plus $1 for each scoop, so my total was coming out to $6.15 pre-tax. To me this pricing model makes no sense and if it's posted, it's not clear/visible. If a place says that I can get up to two flavors with my size, I'm expecting two smaller scoops of two diff flavors or one large scoop of a single flavor. In hindsight, perhaps their pricing model is a flat $4.15 for the cup + $1 for each scoop, and you can get up to 4 scoops (so cup size doesn't matter) Either way, pricing is not super clear in my opinion. Also the parking at night here is a little sketch - I get it, it's downtown, but just throwing that out there. Pricing aside, this is a solid place for ice cream

I first tried Sweet-Stack at the Dessert Wars festival a few months ago, and it was my favorite treat I sampled at the festival. I've been wanting to visit their storefront ever since, and we stopped by last weekend just prior to closing. My husband was waiting in the car outside so I felt a little under pressure to order fast, and they weren't doing samples, which made it hard to decide! I ordered a donut ice cream sandwich with Cookie Monster ice cream. It was really tasty, but I wish I would have ordered a topping on it. They also have cookie sandwiches that look really good too! I've never heard of donut ice cream sandwiches before Sweet-Stack. The donut is warm and the ice cream is still cold / not melty. I would recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

I'm a fan of trying any dessert with a twist! Sweet Stack Creamery did not let me down! After seeing that they had an activated charcoal ice cream, I knew I had to put this place on my to visit list. Then I saw the names of the flavors and knew I'd be making a trip same day! I took my kids, because what child doesn't want ice cream?! I ordered the charcoal flavor, called Black Panther. It also has coconut flavor and vanilla wafers crushed in! 10/10 My son ordered chocolate, but I can't remember the name. My daughter ordered the Amber Rose which is cotton candy with pop rocks! They don't have kid scoops so it was almost $5 for each of our single scoops. They also have a wide selection of toppings to add and make creations like donut sandwiches!

Unfortunately this was a no for us. It's been on my list for awhile but is a hike so we finally made the trip yesterday. Parking is located in the garage right before the shop (free) and staff weren't exactly warm or welcoming making for a weird vibe. Their COVID protocols are still fully in place- only four allowed inside, no indoor dining, masks required and no samples so just things to be prepared for when you go. They will sell you a mask for $1 if you forget yours. We weren't super hungry so chose to not do the donut but did get a waffle bowl. We got the amber rose (cotton candy), bday cake and Cookie Monster and honestly were disappointed by all three flavors. I'm unsure if they make their ice cream fresh in house, I couldn't find out for certain on the site, but it tasted identical to Herseys brand ice cream and there were big chunks of ice throughout. The Cookie Monster was the biggest disappointment with our scoop only containing two pieces of cookie dough and a portion of one Oreo, it essentially was just vanilla was food coloring. We really wanted to love this stop but unfortunately the ice cream looks better than it tastes.

Loved sweet stack. I ubered and it was easy to find. They let me sample flavors and I decided on birthday cake. I got the donut sandwich and it was so good, definitely could've shared between two adults. They have standing room inside but no seating. I would definitely come back and try other flavors. I feel like an OG...wait there's a reason for that...I had the OG from the sweet stack. 2 scoops of Oreo ice cream, with warm fudge on top. Oh yeah!!! Now, even though the ice cream was heavenly here's some stuff to be mindful of. It is in downtown Atlanta in the auburn area. So you will have to find parking on the road. They open late, midnight to be exact. Also, on 4 customers allowed in at a time. So be ready for a wait. The staff are helpful and nice, but be clear about what you want. I hate to say it but they seem a little distracted. Awesome spot and nice flavor listings.

This was our first time here and my order (donut sandwich) was very underwhelming- largely due to the donut being dry and cold despite being put on the press. I watched a different girl make another customers and hers looked way better. I ordered the Black Panther and Pralines n cream rolled in fruity pebbles. I abandoned the donut because it wasn't warm, gooey or shiny like in the pics and tasted like stale bread with no flavor. Meanwhile, my partner in crime was loving his. He had both vegan options, the mango and vanilla with Oreos on top. The mango was hands down the best. Cons: They're supposed to only let 4 people in at a time and sent the girl out ahead of us only to allow 10 people in at once. We waited outside for 25 before we could place our order. it was 90 deg outside.

This place was awesome! Loved the I cream flavors. I got the fruity pebble icecream with fruity pebbles inside. Ugh! The best thing ever! Tasted exactly like fruity pebbles. My boyfriend who is lactose intolerant got a vanilla icecream that was vegan. (glad they had that option) He added some of his favorite toppings and thought it was really good too. Definitely gotta go back! Covid friendly! No seating inside

This ice cream place is great. Black owned, professional and ice cream was smooth. My husband enjoyed his ice cream and my shake was not enough, but perfect amount. This is a place that visitors should put on their bucket list as a must place to be in Atlanta. It's right by Auburn Ave. which is to be the richest area in Atlanta with black owned restaurants, clubs, eateries and stores. read more

Amazing ice cream. Smooth and good quality ingredients. We got matcha, mango and milkshakes. My family really enjoyed with the ice cream. my husband ordered 4 milkshakes and 2 ice cream, but we got only 2 milkshakes and 2 ice creams. That's why I took 2 stars for that reason(I called and the staff tell me to come back. I just visit this city and don't have a car. I walked to the hotel and found the issue) I asked for refund just 2 milkshakes which I didn't receive and they gave me manager number to call. Mo is super nice manager and quick response. He did full refund for us. This part I put 2 stars back to my review. If you love real real good ice cream, go this place and will not upset. read more

It was a really good experience the milkshakes are light and airy NOT TOO THICK , I wasn't a fan of the charcoal ice cream but I'm also not a fan of coconut. So I probably shouldn't have got it, but my friend loved it !. But the sweet dreams milkshake was sooooo good. So glad we found this gem! We wanted ice cream so bad and thinking it is 12am.. nothing is open! Until we were driving down Piedmont to head home and there it was! Golden! We tried the black panther stack which was sooo good! The ice cream (activated charcoal- sinful) between a petite donut was soo good! Not too sweet! My babe had 3 scoops 2 black panther and one cookie dough! I loved that the ice cream cured our sweet cravings! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable of their ingredients for allergen purposes! Definitely my new go to creamery. On top of that they have a Happy hour! I mean who can beat that! One of the most Instagrammable places in ATL right now, with unique flavors, scrumptious ice cream, student discounts, and a line coming out the door, Sweet Stack is the new ice cream force to be reckoned with. Sweet Stack serves some of the best Matcha ice cream I've ever had! Other flavors jump out at you as you browse their parlor: Amber Rose, Black Panther, Cereal Milk, etc. I suggest trying a few samples to get a feel for one or two you like. When I go back, I'll be sure to get a cone with 2-3 scoops that pair well together for a picture perfect stack! They LOVE stacking everything here (hence name!): ice cream, donuts, cookies, toppings, you nameee it! Overall, this place is poppin' right now, and will continue getting lots of traffic due to being on Georgia State's campus, conveniently downtown. Customer service is good! Parking is a bit difficult, so it's best to park on the surrounding streets and walk. Or just walk from your dorm or wherever you're coming from...;) Totally recommend this place for any ice cream lover like me. read more

Not sure what happened here. Arrived at 7:06. Five people in line. One family inside. It's 7:32 and only one more couple has gone through. There are at least two people working inside. I truly don't understand. Would have loved to try it out but we are on track to wait a hour for ice cream on a Sunday night. Edit: added 1 star because we finally got ice cream at 7:50. They weren't serving milkshakes and there wasn't any signage to explain options. I saw someone get a donut(?) but I don't know how you'd know the options with nothing listed. The plain ice cream was good but not a 40 minute wait for two scoops. Oh well. read more

I can't say enough about the staff and quality of product at this place. My friends and I came for a conference and were craving something sweet so I came on yelp and found sweet stack. It's very walkable from most of the hotels. When we first got there they were decked out for Halloween. The staff was honestly the sweetest, they told me their names but i forgot them I'm sorry guys, you were fantastic! They were patient and explained all the options and even let us taste! When we finally ordered they headed up the donuts with the cold ice cream in the center and it was quite honestly one of the best ice cream sandwiches I have EVER had. In addition to all those things ... THEY HAVE HAPPY HOUR! We didn't know and fully intended to pay full price for our ice cream but it was half off!!! )only half off between 5/6 and you have to get an ice cream sandwich if I understand happy hour correctly) All in all I would 100% recommend anyone visiting, going to college up the street, or living here go eat an ice cream sandwich!!! read more

I am so glad I found this dessert spot while in Atlanta. My friends and I were craving a delicious dessert following dinner. We were all very happy with our decision to go to Sweet Stack. Basically you choose a donut and then the ice cream flavors that you want sandwiched in between. I ordered the glazed donut with two scoops (one mint chocolate chip and the other chocolate). It was enough for 2 people to share. I shared with 3 people because we were still slightly full from dinner. I really enjoyed my donut sandwich and would highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to eat their ice cream in a unique way. They also offer normal ice cream sandwiches with cookies instead of a donut. read more

A lot of Flavors available. I would try the sweet stacking it's your first time. I love Oreo and that's what I got. I like the fact that it is beat pressed as well. If you downtown in the area I would recommend. Staff was not friendly though as he seemed annoyed. They have cute names for their ice cream though. read more

We walked about 20 mins to this place from our hotel. The area is not the best but there is a streetcar stop right across the street. The ice cream was good and the service was super friendly. The prices were not horrible. We took the streetcar out. read more

Wow!! I stumbled across this place as I was driving to get my wife from work! I was extremely pleased. I may order another!!!! I ordered the sweet stack Donut and it was extraordinary. The donut was warm and they strategically placed the ice cream in the center and it was a blissful flavor of warm and cold. I can't fully explain just how great it was. Wow, this ice cream is incredible. Unique flavors, creamy, and a great take on just old school ice cream. Not to mention the staff is amazing. They let us try a ton of flavors and Bear the GM there was the best! He told us all about the doughnuts and how they get them from a place in Columbus. We tried the black panther which has charcoal/coconut, green tea (had the most subtle matcha flavor and was delish), and OG - their take on cookie and cream which was amazing. The location definitely in a sketchy part of town and there's a parking deck adjacent to it with a few spots dedicated to sweet stack. Definitely worth checking out! We will be back read more

Unacceptable amount of time waiting in line. People in front of us in line said they waited 20 minutes and still hadn't made it in. We decided to leave after waiting 10-15 min because there were still 2 parties jn front of us. I would say on average it's about 10 minutes per party that enters the store and only 4 people are allowed in at a time read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Sweet Stack creamery. We decided to do a last minute late night date and wanted to quickly grab something sweet. We did a little research and happened upon this place and were not disappointed. Now, the parking is a little strange but you may be able to find a quick parking spot and dip in and dip out. We were treated well and the place was impeccably clean. The offerings are reasonably priced and there are also 1-2 vegan options available which is nice. We each got the Black Panther which has activated charcoal; it was velvety and divine. I got 3-4 scoops of various flavors in a medium cup. It's enough to share, honestly if you are in a sharing mood. I tried several flavors in the cup and I can't express to you just how good they were- the chocolate peanut butter-esque offering was delicious as well as the caramel praline. I could go on. Social distancing is practiced, masks are worn and only 2 or so folks are permitted in at a time. Sanitizer is available as well. It's also worth noting, this is a black owned business AND I was also not discriminated against as a member of the LGBTQA+ community. A business must check BOTH of those boxes to earn my coins. Good food, good vibe, make a plan for parking. Enjoy!! read more

I've honestly had better! There isn't much parking but we managed to get the only parking spot in the garage. We walked in and was greeted by great customer service! We were told about the menu as first timers and what are the fan favorites. I opted for the 2 scoops in a cup....praline with Carmel for one scoop and the chocolate for the other. It was a pretty penny for three ice creams (17.00) and that's if you don't get additional toppings. However for the location and the customer service, I would complain too much about it. The praline ice cream was DELICIOUS!!!!! It was creamy, sweet and those hints of nuts took each bite to a new level! I truly could have don't with a pint of this alone. I did NOT like the chocolate!! It had absolutely no flavor and I assume the "pieces of chocolate" inside the ice cream were like eating on plastic/wax. It didn't taste like anything. I'm so serious!! It was waxy and just nasty... I didn't even bother with the chocolate after 2 bites. I added a drizzle of Carmel and chocolate which appeared to be made in house and was pretty good! Would I return, no! It's not worth it to me but enjoy! read more

This was a good brunch choice. My sweet tooth enjoyed this spot‼ I loved the unique names of the different types of ice cream they offered & let's not forget how good the ice cream tasted. My first time having a warm delicious toasted donut with ice cream stuffed in the middle. I recommend you give the Cuban expresó ice cream with sweet dreams sprinkled with fruity pebbles in that warmly toasted donut. It's beyond delicious . Just as good upon my second visit. read more

Stumbled upon this place after seeing someone post their donut ice cream sandwich on Instagram, and I knew that I had to check it out on my next "cheat day". After dinner last night, we decided to check it out - and conveniently open late (until 11pm most nights). They've managed to make this place a very cool hang out spot with a interesting mural, good music and some well thought out ice cream flavors and variations. *For my vegans, they even offer vegan options! The employees were all upbeat, informative and super patient after we sampled probably every ice cream tub they had in the freezer. The options they have and toppings you can add make this place unique and overall a good experience. On top of all this, you get a free extra scoop when you check in, on Yelp. Wanted to try something new. Did a yelp search and found this place and I wasn't disappointed! I don't have a huge sweet tooth but when i want something i want it to be good and satisfying. I had a blonde brownie with caramel praline ice cream, pecans and caramel on the top. It wasn't to sweet and everything balanced out nicely. The staff was very friendly. Asked if it were our first time and walked us through the menu. Letting us know what their top items were and let us know we could sample the ice cream before ordering. This was heaven in my mouth! When you take the first bite and just close your eyes. Yeah that was me. The second is the chocolate version of mine with cherries and whip cream. I will say the inside is a little small so if it is busy you might not be able to sit inside. Be sure to check in on Yelp for an offer and check out their Instagram page. The cashier asked if I followed their page but he saw my Yelp checkin and said oh okay. So it might be the same offer. read more

I brought my children and they loved it!!! I'm not a fan of having to park but hey it is on Auburn Ave.... Other than the parking I loved that they had several vegan options, French Press Coffee, Vanilla, Chocolate, & Mango. They weren't bad!!! We had the Black Panther, OG, Chocolate Fetish, & French Press Coffee. The OG is Cookies and Cream.... Michael and Stephanie were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable! We really wanted to try the ice cream with a warm cookie but they didn't have any cookies made.... Bummers! Well maybe next time!! If you're in the area give it a try!! read more

Wow totally amazed at this place. I'm here visiting from Houston stopped to Sweet-Stack on 11-14-20 literally after googling "Ice Cream" & this popped up. I arrived at about 11:50pm google said that they were closing at 12am so, I made a dash for it. To my surprise they still Serviced me and my friend so close to closing time. Which I'm so glad, Walked in &, everyone was nice/welcoming. They greeted us then asked had we been before, asking if they could help with anything etc. 1st impression is very important. Honey, they get a 10 in that area. Not 5 stars lol! 1). Followed Covid 6ft rule only 4 ppl in at a time 2). Friendly greeting upon entering 3). Nice clean store with beautiful mural 4). If you're looking for some funky, yet delicious, flavors check this place out! While I opted for a plain vanilla bean, I tried their more unusual flavors. The cotton candy with pop rocks is amazing. I couldn't eat a whole scoop but see why it would be popular! The birthday cake has frosting mixed in! There are plenty of toppings to choose from like cereals, sauces and candies. If you want to go super crazy, you can get a donut ice cream sandwich. read more

So last night I visited this little gem on Piedmont Sweet-Stack Creamery T who took care of me was absolutely great her customer service is on point!!! Let me just stop your scrolling right now and say that you MUST get the sweet stack. Something about their donut makes it absolutely perfect with ice cream in the middle and heated up in a panini press. Just don't question it. They have super interesting flavors of ice cream. I was a huge fan of The Real MVP. I also got a scoop of Black Panther to try, and it was very unique! Protip: Check in on Yelp and get a free scoop! Do it!! read more

Omg!!!! Omg!!! Omg!!!! I'm so glad my daughter found this place before we left Florida for our road trip. Super clean and slick decor.Very inviting and eager to provide samples staff.I love when people look happy to work at an establishment I am about to spend money and time in. Now it makes sense why people are literally parked outside with their hazard lights on,just to run and get a scoop. My kids got a scoop in a glazed donut ,that is then briefly pressed,so it's nice and warm. Me and my husband got the Black Panther I've cream and I got a free Green Tea Macha scoop from a yelp promo they have(which the employee told me about) I can't explain what it tastes like ,besides nostalgically magical and delicious.You have to go and try this !!!All their choices were extremely creamy and custardy.I heard them offering vegan options also.They also gave us a 10% discount at the register for following them on IG. I saw reviews on this creamery on Instagram and have been wanting to try it so I was super excited about seeing it on UberEats. I was skeptical at first about getting ice cream delivered , thinking it would melt but it came perfect package and still frozen !! I ordered a build your own, which was a glazed donut with "sweet dreams" ice cream in the middle. The flavor was a vanilla ice cream mixed with strawberry. It was so yummy. It even came with a coupon for my next in store order which I will definitely be using. In store, they warm the donut to give it an even greater taste, I can't wait to try it that way on a summer day. I enjoyed my sweet treat and will definitely order again and be able to review my in store experience as well. read more

This is a great business to support! Located right in the middle of Atlanta and below an apartment complex, Sweet Stack offers a variety of quality ice cream flavors and a unique ice cream sandwich with a DONUT as the bun!! I got a scoop of the blue ice cream in a waffle cone; I forgot the name of the flavor but it's a combination of various cookies (cookie dough, Oreo) mixed into a blue vanilla base. It was perfect! My friend got the coffee ice cream and she loved hers as well. My other friend got the donut ice cream sandwich (not pictured, we ate this very quickly because it was that good!!!). Luckily I got a bite in before he finished the sandwich and it was definitely worth the fight for the bite. It was warm, sweet, and fluffy on the outside and cold and creamy on the inside. You have got to try it at least once in your lifetime! Aside from the flavors and unique offerings, the staff is always friendly and are excited to talk to you about their favorite flavors and offer you some tastings. Found this place randomly by looking for late night Ice cream parlors. It's rare that you find an Icecream place open this late. Staff are very friendly and nice. If your a first timer, they explain everything.. BIG shout out tonight to Dhalia. Pi and Toni you guys rock and you handle things very professionally specially how you guys handled the people who were not there to get Icecream.. Sweet Stack Creamery has really helpful and friendly employees who make sure you are satisfied with your ice cream creation and fun flavors. The employees will describe the flavors and actually advise you try as many samples as you'd like before getting your ice cream in a cup/cone or as an ice cream sandwich with cookies or donuts. I would have given this place 5 stars had the cookies been better (didn't taste bad, just too hard). We sampled a few of the ice creams and they were all delicious! I had a cookie stack with 1 scoop of OG (cookies & cream) & 1 scoop of birthday cake, and added sprinkles & fruity pebbles to top it off. The ice cream was so tasty! My girlfriend had a waffle cone with dirty bird & birthday cake, & she added captain crunch berries and sprinkles. Also, the young guy with the Afro they had working there that day was the sweetest! I thought it was good. I mean ice cream is good, haha. TBH I had to wait forever; it wasn't crowded, they're just very, very slow, and the customer in front of me was taking forever but there were two employees. When I left, there was quite a line forming because of the slow poke in front of me. The employees were nice but completely unbothered by making people wait. read more

Sweet treats + a late night = a great date night! My date and I came here pretty late, around 10 pm. Surprisingly, it was pretty busy at that time but that was a good sign to us. The staff made it a welcoming experience. They were so friendly, patient and helpful. Since it was our first time there, we needed time to go over the menu and see exactly what we wanted. I believe we went with Cookie Monster and added cereal toppings to our stack! They stacked everything in between 2 donuts and placed it in a press. The donuts were warm and the ice cream absolutely delicious! We sat at the window and enjoyed our treat. It's a cozy establishment and there's wall art for photos. It was such a fun experience. I will be back to the sandwich alone!! It didn't take too long for the hot sandwich despite it being nearly closing time on a Saturday. The staff was helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. The diner itself isn't fancy, and the tables could use some consistent cleaning and clearing. You get plastic tableware and napkins on your own. But it was warm in a cold evening and had plenty of places to sit in the evening. I can imagine it gets pretty packed for lunch. Not sure.

We had to make a decision quickly when we were pivoting, and when we came across the great reviews and photos of the food. we didn't think twice about checking to see if we could make it happen. When we arrived, the staff was already preparing our table, so we only had to wait a few minutes before being seated. The space is pretty tight, and you're going to be close to the tables near you, but we were able to sit comfortably. Our server came over quickly to take our drink orders, and afterward she came back to answer any questions. Most of the food was ready at the same time. We appreciated that it came out as it was ready and wasn't left sitting. And everyone enjoyed the food! The only "complaint" one of my friends had was that she thought there was a little too much sauce in her shrimp and grits dish. She felt that the sauce, while it tasted great, overpowered the dish and she would've liked to taste more of the grits flavor. The only entree I can actually eat is the smoked turkey sandwich as every other entree is beef or pork, but the sandwich was yummy Don't sleep on the Green Chile Corn Pudding either However, their setup is flawed. You come in and pick your sides first and then they slice your meats and everything down at the end, last of all. The meats take the longest so by the time I got to pick my meat, my sides had been scooped and sitting on my tray getting cold and lukewarm. So my sandwich was warm and my sides were not. This was kind of irritating and my daughter had already peeped this as we were standing in line waiting for our sandwiches with our sides on a tray getting cooler and cooler. The line was long and this will likely be the case a lot of the time so this doesn't work well. My daughter had a special order of beef taquitos that had to come out later so you know her sides were cold. When she requested new sides or to warm them up she was met with an attitude by one of the workers so that didn't go over well. This was weird to us because the food shoud be warm at the very least, so customer service was lacking there but they did honor her request. If they are going to keep this cafeteria line style setup, we all thought the meats and entrees should be first and then sides so as to avoid having lukewarm or cold sides because all four of us had cold sides by the time we sat down after getting get our drinks and sauces and stuff. And sides should come out together with the special orders so the food is not cold. But hey, I know I'm not Lewis, but yall got my two cents anyway Overall, we had delicious food in a nice, clean establishment. And on the plus side, the Beltline is literally a few steps away!

This is actually my second time going to Jeni's ice cream store after my initial one in Columbus, Ohio. For fun fact, the ice cream shop started in Ohio (surprise). Anyways, there were so many flavors you can't get from the Whole Foods, which is another reason why you should come check this place out! The flavor selections were great with dairy free and gluten free options available as well. The staff was patient and helpful as we made our life decisions and encouraged us to sample. My daughter and I decided to stop by because we were craving a milkshake in downtown Atlanta and the looked to be the only place. We walked down from the Hilton. It was about 10 blocks away. We waited in line for 45 minutes and planed the flavor of milkshake we wanted over and over and over again. We watched 100 people go an out of the place with milkshakes. When it was our turn the young girl and guy decided that they were no longer going to make milkshakes because the line was too long. This is not a joke. They told us to our face that they would not make a milkshake for us after we had waited in line for 45 minutes because the line was long, but we were allowed to order ice cream. Overall a very professional experience. I think we got there in the middle of a shift change, not so bad but the girl from the previous shift decided to chain smoke out front while there was a long line. I'de eat a bag of nails then think about trying to go here again. read more

Dropped in late for something cold and sweet after the Hell's Fury burger at Vortex in L5P... But that's another story... We we're greeted warmly by the manager who explained the concept. Had the signature sweet stack with a glazed donut and Cuban coffee ice cream with Heath bar bits. They split the donut in half and stuff the ice cream and topping inside then press the sandwich in sort of a panini press. The warm sweet donut and the cold ice cream is awesome!
