The pecan praline flavor is absolutely delicious. I ordered two small sized scoops in a waffle cone and that was the perfect amount for me. It was such a yummy treat to have after dinner. Decided to sit outside in the fun colorful seating right outside the food hall to enjoy my icecream and the warm weather. We were surprised to see an ice cream shop on our walk through The Works food hall. As many pointed out, there are so many food options, so the ice cream store stands out! Ultimately, a customer in line really sold us on giving good place a try, and I'm glad she did. This is inside Chattahoochee Food Works at The Works ATL, and alongside the dozens (no exaggeration) of different food options, having a simple ice cream stall there as well is a good dessert stop. They didn't have a ton of flavor options, maybe a dozen or so. They did have some fun sundae options with different types of cake mixins- brownies, blonde brownies or pound cake. Anytime is a good time for ice cream right??? Well I wanted some and made my way to Chattahoochee Food Works to grab some Morelli's because I've stopped by their stall a few times before and truly enjoyed the service and ice cream. They were pretty busy but the line moved quickly as staff members alternated between customers and magically knew who they would be assisting after their previous customer. I must say they were very efficient and each person gave a welcoming "hi" and recognized the presence of other customers even if they were not directly assisting them. So they were already winning in the service area in my book. The person who assisted me was friendly and made sure to repeat my order back to me and double checked while she was preparing my order to make sure that she got everything right. Which I didn't mind because it meant there was going to be no issue with my order. While there were many options available (VANILLA, CHOCOLATE, COOKIE DOUGH, BLUEBERRY, BANANA CREAM PIE and some others that I'm missing for sure), I was set on something simple so I asked for cookie dough (2 scoops, medium size, for $7.50+tax) and several toppings - sprinkles, strawberries, and Oreos (.50 each). The young lady was kind enough to put a lid on it so I could take it home to enough and I also got a pint of their cookie dough ($11+tax) to go. She put everything in a paper bag along with napkins and spoons and I was on my way. I was thrilled when I got home and actually was able to sit down and enjoy the ice cream. It was amazing!!!! It was creamy, full of cookie dough and the extra toppings I added were the perfect addition. The strawberries were fresh and sooooo good atop of the ice cream mound. Absolutely devoured it andddd loved it. Already plotting my next visit but excited that I grabbed a pint to enjoy so that'll be in the freezer for now. Saw this while walking around and the flavors caught my eye immediately. The customer service was amazing and they allowed me to try flavors and gave recommendations. Strong product knowledge. I tried the Krispy Kreme raspberry and cake batter Oreo. Both were tasty but just a little too sweet for me personally so I opted for the olive oil ice cream which was so rich and flavorful! The texture of the ice cream was just perfect and nothing I've ever felt before. I got my niece chocolate and it was pretty much gone before we left the parking lot. My favorite had to be their strawberry lemonade as it was refreshing, sweet, and slightly tangy. The other flavors were kind of meh as they were either too sweet or too creamy even for ice cream. Really rich and creamy ice cream. They have really unique flavors. They have one of the best Cotton Candy ice cream flavors. Not too sweet and doesn't have that artificial taste. I also tried the peanut butter cookie dough, which was super rich and creamy. Only pitfall is that it melts super fast. Would go back to try the Indian Kulfi flavor. This location is inside of the Chattahoochie Food Works food hall, part of a mixed use space with restaurants, retail shops, a brewery, and a playground. It is located right in the middle of the space. There was no line when we were there on a Saturday afternoon and I do not think they were taking cash, only card. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. They did allow sampling, but did not have as many flavors as the other locations since their space is limited. That said, the flavors they did have were great. They had a vegan chocolate flavor as well. The prices are fair for the location and what you get, which is great tasting ice cream! We found a cool live edge low table right next to the stand to enjoy our treats. read more

I grabbed some Morelli's after grabbing dinner at the Chattahoochee Food Hall this past weekend. That guava and cream cheese ice cream spoke to me immediately when I saw it. They gave me so much that I just couldn't finish it in one sitting. I had enough for later. The slice of pound cake was the last one they had, and I it was delightful with the ice cream. This location is inside Chattahoochee Food Works. Service was prompt and pleasant. I tried the pumpkin pie, coffee caramel and the salted caramel. All were rich and good. I went for a small (2scoops) salted caramel in the waffle cone, which was $1extra. I like their serving size because at most places, 2 scoops is overwhelming. I was able to finish the cone without feeling like a glutton, lol. I also tried the 7up pound cake which was not as moist as would like. I will definitely be back and recommend. read more

The people working there cannot be the owners. I walked up with my 6 year old son and they had just served ice cream to someone literally 30 seconds earlier. The people behind the counter told my son "sorry, no ice cream. We closed at 9." I looked at my clock and it was exactly 9pm....but no dice. No ice cream for the kid. I am at The Works very often (weekly at least), and it took no effort to serve the ice cream. I will not be giving this place my business if this is the attitude they have with their customers. Nestled in the center of The Works, Morelli's is right in the main flow of traffic and can't be missed. However, if you don't see it right by away just follow the intoxicating smell of the waffle cones being made and you are sure to find it. This creamery offers small batch flavors that are constantly rotating which just keeps bringing you back for more. I have sampled several different flavors so far but my favorite so far is the banana cream pie. It is honestly my favorite ice cream I have ever had and I have eaten more ice cream than most. The texture is perfect and the flavors are artfully combined leaving you always wanting more. There are also non-dairy options for those of you who have the misfortune of being lactose tolerant. Make sure you save room next time you are at The Works and get a scoop! read more

I ordered a hot fudge sundae and I wish I had taken a photo bc it looked NOTHING like the one on their website. There was maybe one squirt of hot fudge, literally only in the bottom of the cup. One scoop of vanilla (there's 2 on the website photo), then a metric ton of whipped cream that I didn't even want and had to scoop into the trash. The kid that made it looked like he could be a teen and maybe that is the real source of the issue, but there's no way I'm ever paying $7 for something I'm sad to ever say McDonald's can do better. read more
