The Matcha Creme Croffle was topped with matcha cream, strawberries, almonds, and white chocolate. The cream was light yet had a super strong matcha flavor, which we appreciated. The croffle itself was also warm and airy! The Classic Toast was delicious and satisfying, served with a perfect portion of strawberries, nutella, brownie chunks, white chocolate, and vanilla ice cream. Though the toast was rich and sweet, it didn't feel heavy, and we could've easily had another 2 servings! This latte basically tastes only like sugar - I know which is just like the name but I wish they could reduce the sugar or ask the customer their sweetness preference - honey garlic toast: this was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It's a $10 slice with basically broken down bread with melted cheese, honey and some other flavors that just didn't go well together. Their coffee was delicious and definitely made my Friday better. I got a 12oz latte with lavender syrup -- the latte was so smooth and the lavender was not overwhelming. A truly wonderful cafe with Asian-inspired desserts. Was lucky enough to come on a weekday morning while it's still a little quiet since they just opened. Loved the overall look and aesthetic and loved the food even more! The person running the counter was very nice, personable and was super helpful when I needed assurance narrowing down what I wanted to order for my first trip here. The only bummer was getting everything to go, since it looked like their plating would be quite picturesque. First off was the Sweet Talk Latte. I'd never had an Einspanner before and found it to be so creamy and delicious. The whipped cream on top of the espresso made for a wonderful drink. I could see myself ordering this every time if not for my desire to try the whole drink menu someday. Next was the Tiramisu Croffle. I love both croissants and waffles and this combination of the two was exactly what I hoped for and more. Loved how the croissant gave the buttery, slightly savory balance to all the sweet toppings. The toppings of marscapone, chocolate and raspberries were definitely winners to me. Lastly was the Honey Garlic Toast. I had never had brick toast before and my husband was kind enough to give me a nice bite of it. It is literally a huge piece of bread in which they took out chunks of the middle, mixed it with the toppings before stuffing it back in, adding more toppings and then toasted the whole thing. It was large enough to satiate my husband, which is saying something. Loved the savory, garlicky cheese and the bits of sweetness from the honey. Also liked the almond slices for the added crunch. Can easily see this being a regular order for my family. I also got the cherry cream cheese danish and apple danish from their bakery case. Both good (not pictured because I took a turn too hard on the way home), but the Croffle and Honey Toast were the real winners here. Starting off, the ambience of this place is so minimalist and pretty! They had small crocheted animals everywhere and the decor was lovely. The staff was kind and got our food to us quickly. They kept the place clean and answered all our questions. The desserts were lovely. We shared a tiramisu croffle and strawberry bingsoo between 4 people and it was more than enough! The texture of the bingsoo was super light and fluffy. The flavors were not overpowering and so it was super refreshing to eat. I'm a Korean from SoCal so I have high expectations for my Korean desserts and this really hit the spot for me! The mascarpone on the tiramisu croffle made it really creamy but a little more savory than I preferred. But the texture of the croffle was really nice and chewy! I might try another flavor next time. I did also get the Sweet Talk latte and it was really nice! Nothing extraordinary about it though so next time I would just stick to the bingsoo. Just updating my previous review to say that even their less indulgent simpler coffee options are quite good and reasonably priced, definitely amongst the better options available in the area. Also, while the interior is fantastically decorated with great furniture, I do wish there was some more seating as there seems to be quite a bit of open space where it could go if some things were shuffled around a bit. It's a great spot to get some casual work done and so people do, and recently every time I've gone it's quite packed with seating being difficult to find even though there's aren't that many people there.
