When our 15 year old inside tabby passed we did not hesitate to use their services again. We had Dr M.G. McReynolds (who I had used back in the 00s) come for an in-home visit and she handled the transport of our baby to Heavenly Paws. We got a call from them upon her arrival that he had arrived and was being taken care of. Can't recommend them, as well as Dr McReynolds, enough.

The place was extremely clean, the staff is amazing, and the service they provide is astounding. The location is a bit strange, as it's in an office park, but the environment inside is immediately warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Don't let the initial outside looks fool you. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who has lost their beloved pet and is going through many difficult emotions. The staff will handle it gracefully and treat you with the utmost respect.

Incredibly standoffish at first, my cat became perfectly comfortable around Jacob very quickly. I was away for nearly 2 weeks. Jacob only took about 1 or 2 days for my cat to get acclimated to him. Fast forward 4 months later (a much shorter trip that I'll be on, and still a naturally skittish cat) but he remembers Jacob!! Usually he hides for a while but he seems to have immediately smelled Jacob's scent and felt comfortable with coming out sayin' hello and possibly having a bit of play time. I'm so happy to know that Travis can happily expect someone he trusts and looks forward to seeing! The best part of this service is the photos and real time text updates during the appointments. A serious A+ for communication. You can call in, text, discuss everything with him down to whichever specifications necessary (i.e food, behavior, etc). Nothing beats seeing your little one in real time via photos and understanding how they're doing through direct messages from the person that's taking care of them. It's a huge amount of stress off of your shoulders during a trip away. You've been fantastic Crate Escape! Thanks for making me feel secure that my little guy is taken care of and feeling good :)

Tiger Tails had been my dog's primary vet for at least 4 years. I brought my dog to Tiger Tails…read moreafter an emergency hospital visit the night before due to vomiting and fever. The emergency hospital had given him a fever-reducing shot that was supposed to last 24 hours. When we arrived at Tiger Tails first thing the next morning, we clearly told the staff and doctor about this and that it had only been 12 hours since it was given. The doctor took his temperature, did a quick checkup, and said he was fine -- then sent us home. We had pleaded that it was strange he wasn't eating or drinking and he was vomiting with hints of blood, but she kept insisting that he may have just ate something bad or just elder dog symptoms. Just 13 hours later, my dog passed away. I trusted Tiger Tails to take our concerns seriously and to monitor him properly after everything he had been through, but I feel that they dismissed his condition too easily. I am heartbroken and will never forget how this was handled. Please be cautious and make sure your pet gets the thorough care they deserve.

I called Tiger tails as soon as they opened this morning and I spoke with Jordan, and she was so unbelievably kind and helpful. She worked her butt off to get us in as early as possible, and even called me back twice to offer two earlier times, which we took. As soon as we got there we were greeted with super friendly staff. They led us to our excluded room (because of the cough) and every single vet tech and vet that came in was amazing. They were so gentle and loving to my baby, and explained everything they were doing. She did a thorough examination, asked questions, and determined it was kennel cough and sent me off with two different meds. I am a pretty anxious person when it comes to illnesses, especially since this is my first dog I personally own, but they were so welcoming and understanding, putting me at ease. I am SO glad I ended up going here, and will be going back for all her future shots/check ups. Thank you to the entire staff that helped me and my baby today!!

we had a family emergency and needed to leave with a day notice. they were very fast to respond and…read morevery accommodating. when we showed up they were quick to take our dog to the back. they sent an email halfway through her stay updating us on her, letting us know she was happy and having a good time. when we showed up to pick her up she seemed a little out of it, not really acknowledging us when she usually gets super excited. the first thing we noticed was her right eye. it was bloody and almost looked infected, there was yellow pus coming out of her eye. we asked the young girl at the desk what happened and she had no idea. she went to the back to ask someone else what happened and when she came back all she said was "we had a lot of big dogs here today, they were all playing together" we never selected anything involving group play, she is a very friendly dog but as a business you should think about the liability. we never gave any type of permission for group play and to find out the dogs were roughhousing...not a good look. we will not be coming back here and the vet bills WILL be coming to them. (pictures were taken after cleaning up her eye) UPDATE: Terissa called and gave us a more detailed explanation of Harleys stay there. she explained that they have turf in the back and something could've gotten in her eye, that could be the reason for her eye being irritated. she offered to cover vet bills and Harleys stay there. she was definitely very apologetic and we really appreciate her customer service. that is how you do business. thank you Terissa!
