I stopped into Sweetgreen while staying in a nearby hotel for work. I was walking around town and found Sweetgreen and popped right in. The inside is bright and clean with the menu easy to see. I ordered the Shroomami bowl and took it back to my room. The Shroomami was delicious. Everything was fresh and delicious. I definitely would get it again.

The Autumn Harvest Bowl is a delicious and satisfying salad that perfectly captures the flavors of fall. The combination of ingredients is well-balanced, with a delightful blend of sweet, savory, and tangy flavors. While it may be on the pricier side, the quality of the ingredients and the overall taste make it worth every penny. I also recommend going to the downtown location in Austin. It is a great spot to sit outside and people watch.

I was staying at the W next door and this was a very convenient, healthy, and tasty option. I am a sucker for goat cheese and got the Harvest bowl. I liked that the quantity was not too much and it was the right portion size.

Sweetgreen is one of my go-to spots for a quick, delicious, and healthy meal! This time specifically, I ordered their Chicken Pesto Parm bowl and asked for medium on the pesto vinaigrette and light on the hot sauce, and it gave the perfect ratio that wasn't too saucy but still had a spicy kick from time-to-time. I especially loved the crispy breadcrumbs scattered throughout the bowl because it gave a nice crunch to almost every bite! My only piece of feedback is that my bowl was evidently missing a considerate amount of spicy broccoli, which I was looking forward to, but other than that, I loved this bowl!

THE BIG: Latest addition of the fast-casual salad restaurant here in Austin. Situated in the middle of downtown Austin off the corner of Colorado and E 2nd St. THE BLACK AND WHITE: This is quite a big space with tons of seating inside and a LONG and boy do I mean LONG salad bar. I have a feeling this location is going to see a big rush during lunch or dinner times. I generally go with my usual, which is the Kale Caesar. Something about those parmesan crisps that makes me come back for more! Plenty of seasonal salads all sourced locally here in Texas. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Overall, happy to see another addition of Sweetgreen to the Austin Metro area. Solid salad combos for ~$10-11. Will be back for a fast-casual salad meal

It wasn't too busy but most of the outdoor tables were taken, although there was plenty of indoor seating available when we visited. We went family style on a bunch of sides including Erin's Mac & Cheese, Korean-Style Chicken Wings, and Kale Fritters. All pretty good. I ordered the Tuna Salad Salad for myself which was good. There were so many to choose from it was difficult to decide. Will definitely be back to try some of the other options!

What especially caught my attention--perfect for a cool winter evening in Texas--was their mushroom stew with a vegan miso base. We ordered cups of the vegan mushroom stew to start, along with one of the seasonal specials, the yam string fries, and a shared plate of grilled tofu. The mushroom stew was very umami-forward, filled with miso broth and a variety of mushrooms. While it was comforting, it felt like it needed a bit more seasoning--either spice or salt--to really elevate it. I was also expecting something thicker or creamier since it was labeled a "stew," but the base was quite runny and brothy with steamed mushrooms. The grilled tofu was decent, with a nice color on the outside, though it was soft and could have used more flavor. The yam string fries were almost comically thin--extremely shoestring. Dipping them into sauce was a challenge because they were so tiny, but it was still fun to eat them while chatting. What really stood out was the atmosphere. The dining area is comfy and cozy, and the colorful wall décor adds a lot of character. It's a welcoming, relaxed space right on Congress. Overall, Vinaigrette is a cozy Austin spot with casual yet slightly upscale vibes, offering healthy salad, soup, and sandwich options. If that's what you're looking for, it's definitely worth a visit.

She was totally on top of us I had the lobster pasta and friend had the ahi tacos. They did not skimp on portions. The tacos were so full of tuna it has hard to keep it all inside the shell! So very tasty and extremely fresh ahi for sure. The lobster pasta went beyond my expectations! The pasta was definitely homemade and cooked to the perfect texture. The sauce was not over powering yet very tasty for sure. And the lobster meat. Not sprinkled in like other places. Absolutely not! There was a hefty amount of lobster for sure! They did not hold back. This would be good for a girls night out or a very nice dinner date place. They offer a full bar and also a coffee place with pastries and other baked goods. They seem to be connected to a hotel. The restrooms were up a few flights of stairs or you can use the elevator to the 2nd floor. I didn't know that. The upstairs portion could be rented out for special occasions or events. Our server was super friendly and helpful. She recommended a couple of her favorite smoothies. I ordered the Sweet Corn Cake Benedict: poached eggs, jalapeño cheddar corn cakes, avocado, tomato & corn salsa (4/5). I liked and enjoyed my breakfast, which was fresh and light. Berry Basil Smoothie: blueberry, strawberry, basil, banana, agave, pomegranate, coconut water, lime juice (4/5). This was very delicious. My coworkers order the Everything Sandwich: everything cream cheese, peppered bacon, baby kale, roasted roma tomatoes (4/5). Flavorful, with a light freshness of all the ingredients. My other coworker ordered a side of Breakfast Potatoes & a Detox Juice: acai, pomegranate, coconut water, lime. Both really liked the breakfast potatoes, which had a crisp exterior crunch yet soft and creamy inside. Come check them out. Support your local business.
