A manager should lead by example, support their team, and treat every employee with dignity and respect. Unfortunately, Risa's treatment of employees has created serious concerns. Her behavior toward staff is belittling, disrespectful, and makes the workplace uncomfortable for the people who are simply trying to do their jobs. Yelling at employees in front of customers is completely unacceptable. No one should have to endure public humiliation or be made to feel less than human while at work. Being a manager does not give anyone the right to disrespect, bully, or mistreat employees. The way management treats its staff directly affects the workplace environment. When employees feel constantly disrespected or mentally mistreated, it can lead to frustration, low morale, and people choosing to leave. The number of employees reportedly leaving because of these experiences should be a serious concern for Just Salad. Just Salad's corporate leadership needs to take these complaints seriously and consider finding different leadership for this location. Employees deserve a manager who knows how to communicate respectfully, lead fairly, and create a positive work environment. As customers, we should not support behavior that treats hardworking people as though they are disposable. Anyone who supports or excuses this kind of treatment should seriously reconsider supporting this location. No business should prioritize a manager's authority over the dignity and well-being of its employees. Just Salad needs to do better. Employees deserve respect, accountability, and leadership that understands how to treat people like human beings.

In my opinion, the garlic sauce is the best sauce but if you go later in the day, chances are they may not have any. Which is disappointing if you have already placed your order because the sauces are last. I've learned my lesson and ask before I get in line because I've waited up to 30 minutes to create my bowl. Also, the original pita chips are delicious but you may also have to wait depending on their availability. They often have a special flavor like the harissa pita chip or their current sour cream flavor, but the original is good for me especially with all the flavors in the bowl. If you like Mediterranean flavors, this is the place to try. You can always ask for a sample if you need help figuring out what protein you want.
