I ordered a Caesar salad and it came out looking beautiful. Fresh crunchy romaine and a generous amount of parmesan. The dressing was creamy and garlicky just the way I like it. Croutons were homemade and still slightly warm. Honestly one of the better Caesar salads I have had in a while.

Sweetgreen in Reston, VA has not let me down to date. Even with my company ordering large orders, they consistently get my order right. Kale Ceasar Salad with Chicken, Parmesan Crisps, Egg, Fresh Lemon, and Tortilla Chips with two salad dressings on the side. Thank you, Sweetgreen Team, for caring about our orders and for getting them right. If you're near the Reston Town Center, please go to this location to get a perfect salad. #HappyEating #EatSalads #EatHealthy

I never write reviews but I have been an avid SG lover & customer for 11 years & have frequented this location but today really missed the mark with my UberEats order. Really disappointed with the quality & quantity. I always order quite a few premium extras; roasted chicken, shaved parm which are not cheap add ons. The salad barely reached the half way mark inside the container & had maybe 5 dry hard little pieces of chicken & barely half of scoop of the shaved parm. All around for almost $18 it's just totally not worth it. Not sure what happened & really sad to see this major drop in the business- just expect more for the price point.

We went on a Friday afternoon and the place was empty. We ordered 6 different salads. The service was good, although we were not really impressed with the food and the quantity (given the high price), they really need to provide better and more diverse toppings and options for the salads. Also they had to refer to the allergy menu when we asked about lactose free options, one would think they should know which of the dressings have milk products or not. They do have some outdoor sitting and we appreciated that option.

Hot Honey Chicken Plate midway through eating. The container has a good depth for mixing ingredients together.

Pros: *Ordered Hot Honey Chicken Plate (quinoa, chicken, sweet potatoes, kale-cabbage slaw) - tasted fresh, flavorful, + well-balanced. *Plate comes with DOUBLE meat, so you get a lot of protein. *Meals come w/complimentary piece of bread - which adds some heartiness. Cons: *Meal is on the pricier side at $13.95, before tax. *Kale-cabbage slaw is made w/dairy, which is frustrating for dairy-free people. (Majority of slaw's use mayo, which is dairy-free.) *No unlimited toppings - you get 4 free 'non-premium' toppings - but have to pay for each extra topping afterwards. Overall: Fast-casual salad spot w/high quality ingredients + fast/friendly service. Good spot if you're looking for a light snack/lunch - especially for salad enthusiasts. I would definitely return, but it's not something I'd go out of my way for.

    Caramelized Garlic Steak

Do not order the steak. This is unacceptable to serve as a premium option. It's all dry gristle, stale, and impossible to chew.

I have a warm bowl right here. Oh wait.

Ordering, when dining in, involves giving one's order to the person at the counter. A nice man was working there and greeted us with a smile. I told him it was our first time here and we would probably have a few questions. We looked at the menu (they have one on the wall as well as a laminated one). I chose their 1-scoop platter. For my chicken, I chose "Carol," which is a simply dressed scoop. They have other scoops that have items in them, such as pimentos. For my side, I chose "broccoli salad". Crackers are given with each platter. Plus, a cookie is given (mini round buttercream frosted). My husband got a croissant with Carol's chicken salad. He got a cup of soup instead of a side dish. We each got soft drinks. A cup is given, and it's self-serve. All in all, we enjoyed our meals. The decor, to me anyway, reminded me of an old time kitchen table, complete with plastic tablecloths with prints. I felt the decor gave off a cozy feel.

Heirloom - This was REALLY tasty!

Like Trios, but even better. Get ready for a bunch of superlatives…read more.. This place has some similarities to Trios in Merrifield. Both Heirloom and Trios are attached to--and share a kitchen with--a Roadhouse Grill, and all of them are owned by the same parent company. However, Heirloom is much smaller, which I suspect makes it easier to control quality. Based on my experiences--one visit here and many visits to Trios over the years--the quality of just about everything is better at Heirloom. My meal consisted of their Smoked Manhattan, the Burrata salad, and the Heirloom Burger. (The burger was so good that they named the restaurant after it!) The Manhattan was one of the best Manhattans I've ever had. It had a wonderfully mellow, balanced flavor that edged toward sweet, despite being made with rye. Maybe it was the aroma--and eventual taste--of the large toasted marshmallow suspended over my glass where the cherry would normally go? I guess, to be sure, I'll have to go back and order another. The Burrata did what all great burratas do: each bite felt like a mouthful of sunshine. The cheese, tomatoes, arugula, and balsamic vinaigrette combined to create pure culinary happiness. The only better burrata I can recall was at Mikrolimano in Athens. However, once you factor in travel time and parking, Heirloom is definitely the better value. The Heirloom Burger was absolutely delicious. This past week I've been waxing poetic about burgers because one of the Hackney's restaurants back home is closing after 70 years, so emotionally, I'm not prepared to bestow any new burger honors just yet. However, check back in a few weeks, and you may very well see this review updated to say that the Heirloom Burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Other logistics... The service was OUTSTANDING. We were seated right at our reservation time, greeted warmly by several staff members, and waited on nearly hand and foot by Alex. She explained the menu, helped us select our beverages, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the meal. It was attentive service without ever feeling intrusive. Parking is free after 5 and on weekends in a multi-story garage about half a block away. Happy hour is 5-7. They call Heirloom a speakeasy, but it feels more like a small restaurant with an eight-stool bar and a few high-tops. It's intimate compared with the Roadhouse, but not exactly speakeasy-intimate. And, finally, Heirloom is inside Roadhouse. You walk down a hallway, turn left into a very short hallway, open an unmarked door, and then go through a second door marked only by a red rose on the handle. I suspect the obscure entrance is their justification for calling it a speakeasy. But with food and service this good, they can call it whatever they like.

We chose to do the pistachella and the bounty.  They both featured Nutella and if that wasn't enough, one added crushed pistachios and the other coconut flakes.  They were very tasty but very rich and between the two of us, we had to admit defeat before finishing them both.  Happily, there are to go boxes to bring home any remainders.  The space is very clean and there are tables and lots of napkins (which you will need because these treats are both awesome and very messy).  The staff was very friendly and the parking is easy in the lot out front.  We will have to come back again to try some of the savory options to definitely be followed up by another dessert one.
