The Egg Rolls were greasy, with a soggy, uninspired vegetable filling, while the Chicken Corn Soup, despite plenty of corn kernels and egg bits, was surprisingly bland; both sweetness and bits of chicken were missing. These appetizers set a disappointing standard, highlighting the poor quality and lack of flavor that defined the entire meal. Unfortunately, the entrees did not improve matters. The major disappointment was the entrees. There was not a single container of rice. The Moo Goo Gai Pan arrived swimming in a white sauce, accompanied by the standard chicken slices, water chestnuts, mushrooms, and snow peas, along with surprises of zucchini, broccoli, and chewy geriatric diced "baby corn." While Moo Goo Gai Pan is supposed to taste subtle, this version lacked even basic flavor.
